I made an impulsive purchase, I always buy from Ubay but couldn't really afford my Cushion grip right now, I also did not keep in mind shipping and customs. I canceled my purchase the same day and waiting anxiously my refund from Cushion grip now. Very efficient and friendly service.

I ordered some stuff and when I wanted to pay, Ubuy Declined my payment and it was canceled. The money is out from my account and it says it has been reserved for Ubuy. I really need my money back. I’m not using Ubuy again

every time I try and buy I get scammed. I seem to be a sucker and give them the benefit of the doubt. But after 5 times of bad experience I tried again right now. According to Ubuy my payment was declined. Yet it has come off my South African credit card. There I now a back and fourth fight trying to either get my money back or get the goods I ordered. Literally every time this happens.

If I can stop one person from buying from here I will be successful in bringing this garbage business down.

I ordered 2 items from the USA on 5 December and received the order today being 13 December. 8 days which is exceptional as some local orders take in excess of this period. Well done Ubuy will certainly use you in the future.

I'm not sure how to rate my experience. In the beginning it was horribly bad, but in the end it turned out to be unexpectedly good.

I ordered a clock and they, I suppose it was the seller, sent me the wrong item. When I brought it to Ubuy's attention I was (incredibly) brushed off at first, but when I kept complaining they made it a priority to help me return the item.

They talked to the delivery company in South Africa, who called me to arrange for a pickup date and time and gave me labels for the package's return to the US.

Also, I got my money back, including shipping and customs, which I paid for originally and, judging by the other stories on this site, I had resigned myself to never seeing again.

I would still have liked to get the item I ordered because it is really nice, but once bitten ...

Anyway, thanks very much Ubuy for doing the right thing. I appreciate it :)

Excellent services! Ubuy, DHL and RAM Couriers were extremely helpful the entire time. My package arrived exactly on time! The shipping was quite expensive though, but worth it!!

Pretty sure there are a lot of fake positive reviews out there because I don't know a physical person who has had a good experience.
Ordered 3 items (onelarge, two tiny) at VAST expense because I was desperate. Got charged a huge amount in shipping and then customs. Then an extra R226 at Paypal. Within 24hrs the large item was cancelled: they claimed to have undercharged my shipping because there was no weight for the large item. Please note all specs are clearly stated on their website!
They casually instructed me to reorder, clearly expecting me to pay a separate customs and shipping!!! I declined and cancelled my entire order. Despite the fact none of the products are at their warehouse, they still want to charge me for shipping. Shipping what? Stress and air?

I do not know a single person who has recieved their order as described, or a full refund when they tried to claim. Someone I know lost 20k.
So forgive me if I don't believe the positive reviews. This company seems like a scam and should be exposed as such. Buyer beware.

I am very happy with Ubuy, their delivery is very quick and their products are of excellent quality.
