Fraudulent- declined payment from my bank - had to cancel my card as this was used Fraudulently . No idea how they got my details as i did not take my card with me however I was abroad at the the time . Please be very careful with this company.

Despite all the bad reviews, I went ahead and bought an item — big mistake.
The item was listed at £4.95, and that’s the only amount I saw throughout the checkout process. I entered all my details and completed the payment, expecting to pay £4.95.
However, today I received a receipt showing the following:
• Subtotal: £4.98
• Services: £13.95
• Taxes: £0.00
• Total: £18.93
What is this £13.95 ‘Services’ fee? It was never explained or shown clearly before payment. No warning, no breakdown — just a hidden charge that appeared after the fact.
I feel completely misled and overcharged. This kind of shady pricing is unacceptable.
Avoid this seller at all costs.

A scam, they added what they call eco charges to the cost. They say they claim to be UK based, ask for return they will give you an address in China and tell you to bear the cost for sending back. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST

Please avoid dealing with this company at all cost. I ordered something for £4.49 with free postage and the confirmation email showed an additional charge of £13.95 for services. I asked them to cancel the order within 10 minutes of receiving the email, they refused. they told me it was an ECO charge. This was not mentioned during the checkout process. They then sent me a screenshot that they say shows it clearly. The screenshot was not the screen I saw whilst checking out. I asked my card provider to stop the payment. It looks as though they have been successful in stopping it. This company is a scam.
Now 3 months later ( 8th Oct. ) they have tried to put a £29.99 charge on my card. I have told my card provider and they are putting the payment into dispute.

Avoid at all costs. They add hidden eco charges which they state are clear to be seen. They're not! There's a small tick box which is automatically ticked but the total displayed at checkout is what you believe you're paying. IT ISNT!!
Don't get scammed by them. Buy from elsewhere.

My bank stopped the payment thank god but they were trying to take £25 for a product that was £9. It was supposed to be free postage!
They kept trying to take the money too and so cars had to be cancelled so they couldn’t take any more money.
Then aggressive emails chasing payment.
Grateful for my bank.

Usually check purchases via trustpilot. Kicking myself. I got charged £18+. When I questioned it was explained as an eco charge as I hadn't spent over £20. When I tried to cancel order they said already processed. Was told I could return but would obviously lose 'eco charge'. Shoulder posture correcor not great as rubs. Avoid.

AVOID! This is a scam company. I placed on order for glue £4.49 with free postage. However they put it through twice for a whopping £18.44 per order!! they added a service charge which was not listed in the payment summary, an eco charge of £13.95 per order. I immediately cancelled my bank card and reported it.

After being scammed by having £23 taken off my credit card without permission Santander fraud unit were informed and have reembursed me the full amount.
Since then Ozerty have offered me £5 for a 5star review. No way.

Ordered an item for £9.50, got umpteen extras added (like ‘free postage’ at £5!!) order came to £18. After buying (!!) another couple of charges added to £23.60. Amount taken from my account was £25.55!! That is illegal - no issue!! See Sections 1&2 of ‘UK 1967 Theft Act’!
My bank stopped payment only to find they had attempted another Debit card payment and had set up two ‘regular payment’ amounts as well! This is criminal in the true sense!
OK, my fault for not reading Trustpilot first! A lesson hard learnt …
