Outstanding customer service
I have had a Spotlight toothbrush for a while and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately it developed a problem and I contacted them for advice. Quite honestly I was absolutely blown away by how helpful and thorough they were to get to the bottom of the problem. Absolutely exemplary customer service which was hugely appreciated.

The delivery was delayed
The delivery was delayed, and the order was eventually returned without me receiving the product. This was extremely frustrating, especially as it was intended as a birthday present.
I expected much better service and communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry for the confusion around the different toothbrush heads. Our website and product packaging do specify which device each set of heads is compatible with, but we appreciate your suggestion that this could be made even clearer. Good toothpaste, bad design!
Toothpaste is fine, if expensive, but the new tube design is AWFUL. The nozzle size has been increased, which means that far too much toothpaste comes out. If I were a cynical person, I would suspect a ploy to make us use (and buy) more!

Good and bad experience
The whitening strips are good but I am unable to use the accelerator as it has made my lips very dry and break out. I have not tried the toothpaste as worried it may be the same. Will buy more strips
