Thank you so much for your lovely feedback Katie! We’re so glad to hear you’ve been enjoying our products and that your order arrived quickly. It means a lot to have you as a returning customer, and we really appreciate your continued support!
Wonderful toothbrush
Wonderful toothbrush, however £20 for a new charger is extortionate.
You have to buy that specific brand because universal chargers don’t cover the Spotlight brand due to the round connection. Hence only 4*.

Suzanne and Augustina 🩷
Suzanne and Augustina were very helpful in sorting out a replacement for my toothbrush! I already have sent my glowing review for my toothbrush when I originally bought it but I thought the customer service deserved its own review. Thank you ladies 🩷

Good products
Good products and not too complicated to choose. Good that the replacement brush heads were reduced and also had a promotion saving code.

Great brush and head
Great product. Brush still running fine after 2 years. Heads last a long time.
Shame the postage charge is so high for posting replacement heads. Should be less than £2 but charge more than double.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really pleased to hear your toothbrush is still running well after two years and that you’ve found the heads long-lasting.
We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the postage cost for replacement heads too. We’ll be sure to pass this feedback on to our team.
Do not buy!
The toothbrush is okay whilst it works, but there are three crucial elements that make me say I wish I had not bought it.
Firstly, the heads are stupidly expensive for what they are. They are the most basic I have ever seen and are £20 quid for three! I have used other companies toothbrushes and the heads have always been far more involved than just bristles and these really do not last either.
Secondly there is no mention of warranty at all on their website which is unlike every other brand on the market who offer 2 years at least and extended warranties if you register. This company just tries to skirt around that issue and just hope you don't notice when you are buying.
The third point is they have no returns policy at all. No complaints dept and all the phone numbers on their website are disconnected, their chatbot goes in circles and just totally wastes your time and they seem to just ignore their emails if you can find one to even use in the first place. I honestly think the are just making it so difficult to complain or get support that they just hope you will give up.
The toothbrushes themselves do not last and although they brag about being made my dentists, I wish they would use engineers instead as they would probably work longer. Seriously, dentists are not mechanical experts and I would love to hear which actual dentists put their name to those brush heads over an any other companies version.
In Summary, If you were to ask me, this company is a scam. It is just a plain cheap toothbrush packaged in tik tok colours and idiot influencers touting one liners about dentists and "premium" without offering anything substantial to prove such claims. this is marketing at its finest and they are just cashing out with a poor product and hoping if they ignore you, you will give up.
Do not buy from these crooks.

Hello Dave,
I’m very sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been with your experience, and I completely understand the frustration behind your message. Thank you for taking the time to explain your concerns so thoroughly.
We certainly don’t want our customers to feel that their concerns are being ignored or that it is difficult to get support. I’m also sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble getting through to us.
I’ve requested your contact information so we can look into this further and check what has happened with your previous attempts to contact us. Our phone lines are also open should you wish to speak with a member of the team directly.
I’d also like to clarify that we do have a returns process available through our website, and our toothbrushes and other devices are covered by a 2-year warranty.
I’ve noted your feedback regarding the replacement-head pricing, battery life, and I’ll ensure this is passed on to the relevant team.
Kind regards
Breanna

I ordered the whitening strips on their own and they lightened my teeth subtly, better to use with both the tooth paste and whitening strips together, as I have before and worked perfectly.

Sparkling teeth easy peasy
Each mode has a different sound so you can be sure you are cleaning your teeth. I do find it easy to slip into another mode but it is easy to go back as you can hear the change.

I have purchased two of these tooth brushes in the last few years and can honestly say they are the best dental products I have ever purchased. I have previously used far more expensive electric toothbrushes, non of which provide me with the high level of cleaning I experience using these products. I have my teeth cleaned professionally every year and my hygienist always compliments me on the state of my teeth. Quality product, sensibly priced. Many thanks.

Service was great, unsure on products
Service was great. Arrived as expected and was pleased to get a good offer so I could try additional products. A little annoyed by follow on 'upselling' emails.
Not convinced that the whitening strips have made any difference but will continue to use the other products and may buy more depending on if they seem to help.
