Easy to order and arrived quickly. Was ordered as a gift and recipient very happy with his hat.

I was happy that I could order hat sizes 7 3/8. The processing time was okay. The shipment with postal service required payment of the import fees at the post office. When items are shipped DHL as parcel, it is possible to do a pre-clearance with paying the import fees and taxes upfront, so the parcel is delivered at the door step.

Hat replaced under guarantee without fuss

Tilley hats were always renowned for their quality, I am on my 4th in 20 years and I am very disappointed, it no longer has the quality feel of the Canadian made hats as now made in China what a shame, i would rather pay more for the original, will look for a better make .

I enjoy wearing Tilley hats, summer and winter.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to register the new hat.Had difficulties on line tried a message to Tilley, but got no response

Delivery was better than the order confirmation implied, and my sun hat arrived well-packaged and immaculately presented. The hat is extremely well-made, lightweight (just as described) and functional. I am not an avid wearer of hats, per se, but this one is cool, light, and fits so well, I hardly know I have it on, which is a godsend on a strenuous hike. Oh, and I should probably also mention - it is an extremely effective measure against sunburn!

Good quality. I expect my new hat and dress will be among my go to items for years to come.

Excellent product. However it's important to make sure that you order the correct size, as Tilley sizes are different to normal UK ones. I originally specified 7.125 inch which is my normal hat size, but it was much too small. The correct size for my Tilley hat is 7.375 inch

I bought a shirt from the Tilley store in Toronto; I was so impressed with it. I looked for an outlet in the UK. The same shirt was on offer on the website, so I purchased the same one again but in a different colour. It arrived within the timeframe stated, and well packed. I am very happy with the shirts.

Previously purchased Tilley products and found them to be of good quality and competitively priced. The ordering to fulfilment process was easy to work through... so, once again, happy with my new purchase (Summer hat).

Item excellent, gilet is not quite as capacious as previous Tilley Gilet, but nicer material and smarter appearance.

The hat was unfortunately the wrong size. The returns process was excellent and very efficient. Annoyingly not being able to exchange for the correct size especially when it is s/m m/l is frustrating.

Tilly hats are great! By mistake I now have three! But I have had difficulty in registering the one I bought a couple of weeks ago.

Returning a (Chinese made) over size hat and choosing a Canadian made replacement, which arrived quite quickly, was straightforward and easy.

Great service, great price and a great quality hat as always...my 4th to my collection :-)
