Had to return items as too big for me, but very pleased with the service I got & the returns process, which was hassle free & very easy. Had to get hat elsewhere as Tilley didn’t have my size, but will definitely use again.

Good selection of products that are superior in construction to other brands. The hat is absolutely first rate and replaces a Tilley hat I've had for about 40 years. Hopefully I'll not need to purchase another one. 5 stars for the product. However 4 stars for the purchasing experience. Unfortunately I made a mistake on my initial order. I found the process from there a little 'clunky'. Any problems and you send an email but unfortunately this isn't responded to until 2 or 3 days after it's sent. If, like me, you wish to cancel or amend an order this is problematic as by that time the order has been processed and cannot be altered. This means the incorrect order is dispatched and has to be returned and a second order made. In my experience other retailers are quicker to respond and orders can be cancelled, or amended, quickly prior to dispatch. The person who responded to my emails was very very helpful indeed however the administrative procedure prevented a speedier response/resolution.

Great products. Best sun hats money can buy - I have two! Couldn’t get through to anyone to discuss problem with insert but otherwise all went well. Would recommend.

I purchased a Tilley T4MO-1 Hikers Hat on 08/06/25.
The sizing is awful and despite following the Tilley sizing guidelines a 7 1/2" is too small.
Also the design of the lace as a chin strap is an absolute nonsense for a hat costing £76.00.Either stits in a proper corded chin strap or don't have one at all.
Disappointed!!

Excellent product. Very well designed and constructed. Fit is accurate. Does what it says on the tin. Some delays in delivery but responded very rapidly and positively to my queries

Very happy with purchase, sizing guidance was very useful and accurate. Only slight negative was the delivery timescale, given it came from with the UK 7-10 days seems excessive (in my case 9 days) but worth the wait.

Packaging and speed of delivery (after a longish wait between order and dispatch) both excellent. I already have a Tilley hat from ages back - so size was not an issue, but is really quite critical !!

Love the hats - both of them ... the bucket hat AND the ventilated narrow brimmed one - and both at excellent prices. Very happy customer.

they say they will replace your hat if it fails THEY WILL NOT. all you get is an error message. I'm on my 4th Tilley now and have NEVER managed to claim via their supposed guaranteed for life i insurance policy , for which you'll pay a handsome price on purchase forget it they will NOT pay out when your very average tilley hats falls to pieces

It took more than 1 months before the order was actually delivered.
I had to pay a lot of import duties and VAT since the shipping was from the UK into EU.
On the website it was not clear that the shipping was from UK, at least not for me.
