It is very unreliable company. They constantly cheat with the weight of the parcel and take extra payment when the parcel has already been sent. They offer services that they cannot provide qualitatively. My last parcel was not delivered at all, but they took more than £300 from me for supposedly delivery and return, some goods were damaged and some were stolen. Their insurance does not work. Before you start cooperating with them, think carefully whether you are ready to part with your money irrevocably.

Excellent service

My experience feels like outright fraud.

I ordered a shipment, but for a long time, they couldn’t confirm when the courier would arrive. They suggested waiting from early morning until late evening. I eventually canceled the order, but the next day, the courier still found me.

Even though the package didn’t have sufficient information due to the cancellation, the courier convinced me that the correct address would be indicated and the package would be sent.
However, when I checked the tracking number, I found out that the package was never delivered to the recipient, with the status stating they "could not be reached."
This was a complete lie, as the recipient was expecting the package.

In the end, it turned out that the package was sent to an unknown address, as confirmed by a company agent. The next step? The package was supposedly sent back to me.

Yesterday, I asked when I should expect its return, and the company informed me that it would take up to six months. No one even apologized, as if this was just standard practice.

I have serious doubts that anything was ever actually shipped. Don’t believe the positive reviews—or try it yourself. Expect to lose your money, time, and nerves, and in return, wait six months.

Have sent 5 or so parcels using Ukay Express and always been handled in a timely manner. Always happy to answer my queries. Great Service
