From start to finish UK Energi have been great. Tracy who came and quoted was amazing she came with a proposed plan which was exactly what i wanted. They gave me a couple of options to suit budgets and once agreed they've been fantastic. Very informative throughout. We had to change installation dates due to various reasons and gave plenty of notice and were flexible. And the guys who installed the system were polite and tidy and made sure to leave it as tidy as it was when they arrived. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar installation.

Very professional company who know exactly what they’re doing. Honest and straightforward salesman in Joe who bred confidence in me that this company would be the right one to fit solar at my house. Whole experience was a breeze everything explained to you clearly that you could understand as a layman. Fitters and electricians prompt , professional, and very efficient.overall a very pleasant experience dealing with them.

It was great experience, professionalism, commitment from beginning since the assessment happend to get the quote from Tracey. It was valued with my expectancy and quality. The installation team were very professional and on time to do the Job. It was very well explained by electrical team how to access energy utilization and support if needed.

From the first phone call to the end of installation this company have been 1st class. Tracey was by far the best salesperson of 4 companies I had quotes with answering any queries I had. The installation team left no mess and swiftly installed the system in a day and a half and the scaffolding was removed a couple of days later. The system is working perfectly and will pay for itself in an estimated 7 years. As soon as it’s daylight the panels kick in and it’s free electric. Just waiting for the certification now to start selling excess back to the grid which on long summer days will be from morning till night! Everyone should invest in solar if they can afford the initial investment.

I got in touch with UK Energi because I was looking into purchasing some batteries for my home because I’ve gone all electric but my radiators cost a fortune to heat my house up, I spoke with 6 companies and they all sell different makes of batteries then I started realising this is going to be a headache picking the right batteries and the right company, I spent over a week constantly reviewing all these models and many hours on YouTube. I spoke with Harry at UK Energi over a three week period and he explained everything and I told him about my bill and my day to day usage. To cut this review down the electricians installed everything and it all went smoothly, Harry kept in touch through the process and has even rang me twice since the install to check I’m happy with everything. It is an investment but definitely worth it for me now I’m looking at my bill, I will be in touch with him again once money builds up in the bank to purchase some solar panels. If you see this review Harry then much appreciated mate and will definitely recommend to friends.

Energi UK has provided lovely service for our solar panels and battery system along with an EV charging point.

Joe Vaughan was our point of contact for the service and he was great at communicating all the processes and procedures. The information provided prior to installation was clear and it made everything straight forward. He responded to any questions that we had regarding the process. The response rate was very quick too.

Brad was the lead electrician in our installation. The punctuality and workmanship was great. The work carried out was explained before it was done which felt reassuring.

The whole process was relatively quick even though the conditions were icy during the installation. I have to commend the work done.

I would recommend Energi UK for sure.

This company does nothing but harassment. Stop sending unsolicited emails, you are not allowed to.

You will see the company has replied. However they have never been given permission and the info box they refer to does not allow messages.

Following uk energi replying they refer to unsubscribe. However having unsubscribed several times they still harass. You have never had permission.

I unsubscribe every week!!!!!!!

From the very first contact with UK Energi I felt that that they were able to demistify some of the jargon used when on a solar journey and helped me understand all the components of what is needed to get the best out of a solar and battery solution. Never felt like I was being pushed by a salesman and they were happy to answer all my silly questions quickly and thoroughly.

I cannot recommend UK Energi enough. Rory came round to the house for initial consultation and really listened to what we wanted. There was no hard sales pitch. We had multiple other quotes and had to endure a lot of hard sales. Other quotes were done over the phone and didn’t view the property. Rory looked at everything and explained the process. Our main concern was having unsightly wires all round the house - we had the assurance the wires would be hidden.

The scaffolders arrived and were gone within 2 hours. Faultless service - very polite and professional.

On the day of installation the roofers came and did the panels - didn’t even know they were here - just got on with the job - again polite and professional.

The electrician came the next day and installed the battery and inverter.

We are so pleased with the instillation. Not unsightly and the wires are “hidden”.

The price was competitive.

UK Energi top marks for not doing the hard sell, fantastic communication throughout and competitively priced.

From start to finish the process was seamless. Harry Hunt came out and surveyed our property. He was extremely pleasant in his manner and answered all our questions. The scaffolding went up within an hour on Wednesday 27th Nov afternoon and the contractors were pleasant. Thursday 28th Nov the roofers we’re on site by 8.30am and cracked on. The electrician arrived at 9.30am and everyone had completed their tasks by lunchtime. Everything went extremely smoothly and I can recommend UK Energy to any potential buyer of solar panels. We have been very impressed with the professionalism from all involved.

Could not reccomend UK Energi enough. I've had my install now since September and it has been working great!
I had specific & particular requirements in mind for what I wanted installing & UK Energi produced the goods! I had 18 455w panels, spread across 3 roofspaces, all fitted with Tigo optimisers (at my request). 3x 5.3kw sunsynk batteries, to give me a total 15.9kw storage. 8.8Kw sunsynk inverter & a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV charger. Joe Vaughn was a pleasure to speak to in the planning stages and was very accomodating throughout to make sure my needs were met. Reece & the instalation team were great & took great care of the property during the install. All has been running smoothly since the instalation in September. I would definitley use UK Energi again if I ever moved house.

I had several companies around for quotations after doing a lot of research in to what we needed.Watching you tube , reading articles on line there is so much information out there some true and some misinformation so what do you listen too and trust?.
We decided to go with UK Energi, because of the professionalism from the start of the process.

All the checks with property that need to be done to ensure that the information he provided was accurate . This reassured us as no other company went so in-depth with a survey, Paul than went through the options which would be most suitable to our needs and what we wanted.He listened to us and did not push or try selling us equipment we didn't need,or push us to buy there and then .We decided to go ahead with the install.The company kept in touch via email and telephone letting me know what was happening and when the install would be happening and who would be doing it .
On the day of the install Carl and Scott the panel installers arrived on time and explained what they would doing and talked to me with respect, and they did a fantastic job on the installation it looks amazing.Whilst they where installing the panels I ask if I could increase the number of panels ,this is when I received the best customer service from Reece .He drove and delivered the extra equipment needed to ensure a smooth installation.All the electrics where carried out by James, another star explained what he was doing and why, and did a very tidy install and talked me through all the equipment I needed to know.
The day after the install I received a courtesy call from Reece just asking if all was OK and if I needed any assistance in anyway with the equipments or app .
We are so glad we went with UK Energi a great company with outstanding customer service and a team of people who care .

From the first communication and appointment with Harry at UK Energi we were impressed with the knowledge and service given. The installation, commissioning and handover went very smoothly, the team were professional, friendly, tidy and on time. All in all, very pleased with the service provided.

I contacted UK Energi when I wanted Solar Panels installed when my brother recommended them, (they had installed his). My contact throughout was Joe Vaughan, he could not have been more helpful or informative. Nothing was any trouble and he was neither pushy or tried to rush me to make a decision. (I ask lots of questions and he was happy to answer all of them). I am happy with the service I received and with the panel installed.
