Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Been calling no response or when someone dose pick up bunch of sound and sailent as soon as I say 'Hello' they hang up. Some months my windows were not cleaned. Been charged twice 3 times last year. I was pushing it the cancellation bc a maybe next month but had enough. Worst part can't cancell bc no one us responding

Unfortunately we cannot find an account for you, we did try to contact via Trustpilots portal but had no reply. Please email our customer service (you will immediately get an interim response to confirm received and an indication of reply time. We do not impose a tedious 'wait line' phone system, therefore occasionally may not answer at busy times, but be assured all calls are monitored and we would never hang up, therefore please email so we can make sure of correct contact details.
Would recommend
I used this company for a while. They were always good and I was pleased with the results. They always kept me informed if they couldn't make it and the staff were really helpful.

Windows re-cleaned
I had cause to complain to the company, who charge over the going rate, when I had a very bad job done when the windows were cleaned. They did return just over 2 weeks later and did a very good job and didn't charge. However I will wait to see if that was a one off because of my complaint.

Negligence
I told you twice to cancel it, yet you didn’t, and you still charged me. Even after the third wash, my windows are still not clean. If you had washed them for just two more minutes, maybe they would have been.

No streaks or black marks
No streaks or black marks. As advised, takes several cleans to properly clean windows and UPVC. Very easy to liaise with if access issues or half the property done, they will come back. Messaging and emailing is easy and quick to respond. Best service and I have tried other cleaners who have left black marks and not cleaned properly.

Hugely unreliable
I'm meant to have a regular window cleaning service, however I've just cancelled it due to them being so unreliable. So many times I was informed that someone would be coming the next day, yet no one showed up. The final straw was the fact that they have rescheduled with me 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and all three times failed to show up.
It also takes ages to get a response from them; no matter when in the year you email them, you immediately get a bounce-back email saying that they're "so busy" and will respond in the next few days.
