I agreed to a free window clean and even checked that this wasn't a trick and that i was not going to get charged and they confirmed i would not. I have the message. I then got home one day to find a paper invoice for £12.50 for a window clean. The windows were slightly less dirty but not clean. But more importantly, there was a charge when i signed up to a free clean. I've since been harrassed by them by letter, email, text, saying i owe them money, threatening debt collectors on me and today apparently i owe £75. This business is set up to send out lots of 'you owe us' letters to see who bites. And to make up the numbers of what customers owe hoping for the best because their customers are feeling scared. Terrible way to run a business. I do not owe you any money. Please stop this or i will report you to Action Fraud and Trading standards.

The window cleaning itself was great—I came home to spotless windows, which I really appreciated! However, both times they came, I wasn’t home, and there was some initial confusion about my flat’s location, which I had to clarify over the phone. It would be really helpful if they could send a text or email before coming so I can plan to be home, or at least be aware of their arrival.

That said, the cleaning was well done, and I’m happy with the results. A little more coordination would make the service even better.

Great window cleaning and very accomodating

It's good that sills and frames are included in the clean, but too expensive to have it done on a regular basis.

Only windows on 3 sides of the house were cleaned. Windows accessed from the footpath on the south side were not cleaned. The windows that were cleaned, however, were left thoroughly clean. I will mention this to the cleaner at the next visit.

Fast and efficient clean, arrived a week or so later than was suggested, got to places I didn't expect them to reach though which was great.
I am new to having windows cleaned with this method and they are certainly better than they were, we will be seeing if they come up even better in the next clean.

I've literally just had the worst experience with one of the employees, 7.50am and my intercoms was ringing when I answered I had the most ill mannered man on the other end asking which one are my windows I asked who it was only again to hear which ones are your windows in an aggressive and very unprofessional tone, I ask for a second time who this was to be asked do I have my windows cleaned by UK window clean, I came to the window to be met by a male with a very aggressive personality I told him I'm refusing the service due to his unprofessional attitude only to be made to feel threatened n intimidated in my own home I can not believe how I've just been made to feel from this man I'm absolutely disgusted and will never use this company again, I'm actually sat wondering if this was a legit employee although he was in the UK window clean van, the police will be informed about this man's intimidating behaviour he's made me feel unsafe at my own property

You have replied but it’s pretty clear the reply you’ve written below bares no resemblance whatsoever to the replies you sent direct to me via email. The camera was working fine at 6:30am , your man arrived at 7:20 am and when he had finished cleaning the camera was dead as a dodo & still is . You claim nothing to do with you . The pictures I’ve sent to you clearly show the camera at an angle pointing to a fence & not the main gate . Why can’t you just be honest & own up ????
