It is a great software to use for my small 100 client 1040 only business. Also the online chats and service tickets were the best part because I got my answers almost immediately!!

Whenever I called your service is very prompt, I appreciate it. I used to be 'Refund Today' clients last 15 years, but their service become worst, I left them last year.

I am extremely happy with the pricing for Ultimate Tax. I had been using a similar program for years and every year the price would increase. I didn't want to change my software program, due to the volume of returns in fear of loosing data, depreciation sheets, etc. and having to learn a new program. Every year I dreaded the price increase.
Ultimate Tax had the level I needed at a price substantially lower and guaranteed an accurate and easy transfer.
I had no problems transferring my data over to the Ultimate Tax Software, the transfer was exactly as they had guaranteed. I am totally satisfied with the program and the support and of course ...THE PRICING..

the reminders about due dates, easy to use

Most of the program was easy to navigate. I especially liked the instruction inserted in the program. I did find some of the schedules difficult to figure out how to enter information at first. I was used to programs that automatically carried information to other schedules, but this one if not done in the exact order does not pick up that information.

Any issue or problem I was confronted with was resolved in a very expeditious fashion.
In my 35 years of using a commercial software I have never had quality customer service experience, until Ultimate Tax CAME ALONG. As I see it now, if it is not broken it does not need fixing!!!

Your staff is very friendly and helpful, My overall experience with the staff is excellent. I did have one issue with the software on the Michigan return. The dividend and interest deduction for seniors over 77 was incorrect. I had several clients receive letters from the State of Michigan, stating that the deduction was incorrect.

Ultimate tax has been amazing this tax season!

UltimateTax PPR (pay-per-return) is the best solution for a tax business with a small volume. The annual cost and cost per return makes it the most economical option for doing less than 25 returns per year. For the most part, the software is intuitive, particularly after reviewing the videos and self-help. Some simple software changes, such as handling small amounts of foreign tax credits from a dividend statement would raise my rating.

Ultimate tax was so easy to use. If I had any problems (which were very few) I was able to get them resolved quickly through the chat feature.

The intuitive interface and straightforward navigation, making it easy to prepare and file tax returns and the extensive customer support available, including live chat and phone support.

I am a first time tax preparer and the knowledge and support that Ultimate Tax gives is awesome. I am so glad after researching many tax companies I choose Ultimate Tax and happy to continue working with your company the next tax season.

Someone please rescue me from this nightmare! I wish there was a Zero (0) star rating!! Ultimate tax is the worst of all the software I have ever used in all my 12+ years of doing tax business. Their interface is so horrible, they change their software every often, misinterpret IRS rules and policies on things like maximum character count on taxpayer names to bank product. The direct deposit info on the state form asks you if you want to use whatever info you had on the federal (want to deposit in the same account as the federal...) and when you say yes, the state still require you to provide bank info or else you will get an error. They claim to have "interview" and "form" mode but really, it's just form mode. You begin with interview mode only for questions but are forced to return to form mode to complete your return.
I could go on and on, but I have to get back to my nightmare and pray that the 2022 season is over soon so I could wake up. Sooo frustrated......

Good follow up. Having access to a personal portal where you can receive training and look up details about your account and access to previous tax software. A chat feature is also great. Availability with a good response. Understanding and great tech support.
