I am an "older" practioner and have…
I am an "older" practioner and have been using Ultimate Tax for about 10 years. While I have been able to find solutions to problems through UT's solution center, I very often rely on the in person support team to walk me through the situation. I have never had an unpleasant experience dealing with this team and this company and there have been only one or two problems that could not be resolved with their help. Nothing but praise for the programs and the support that comes with them.

I am a little disappointed that I did not receive a better discount on renewal since I was one or two off from having 30 bank products to get free renewal. I almost did not renew because of it.
