Overall, very good customer support. Good accessbility to training. Software pricing is reasonable.

Please tweak your system to allow a custom message to be entered into the emails sent out to clients. Having the name "Wolters klewers" forced in there is problematic for the integrity of my business and is therefore unprofessional.

I like the software well enough to keep it. There are some things I would like to see in the software. I have already voiced any concerns with the appropriate parties.

I have found Ultimate Tax to be very reliable and a professional tax preparation product that I can trust to serve my clients. I found the client letter to be lacking in the area of state tax return preparation.

1) it would be very helpful if we received updates before the tax season starts. Email would be better than nothing.
2) this was my first yr with ultimate and 28th yr preparing taxes. I did attend my initial scheduled training and thought it was ok until the tax season started and I fumbled until I either got it, call support or messed it up thinking I had it. Here’s an example of one thing. I didn’t have a clue that the state tax returns were not sent electronically when the federal was sent. Never heard of that until I had angry customers calling. It was definitely a trying yr with many problems and concerns and it was a very frustrating year but I returned this yr because I don’t want to start over from scratch again this yr.

Love the cloud features and being able to track and access everything in one place. My only problem was the learning curve of the interrelated forms (ie.Schedule E and the Depreciation Worksheet).

It was very easy to make the purchase. Everything went great and process was secure.

I am still having issue with my browser to use Ultimate tax. Microsoft is the operating app for my computer. I was getting a lot of error while processing.

Software is fairly easy too use. I have been using it since 2013.

Absolutely love this program the Representatives are extremely helpful

Mostly it works great, support is faster and professional but if can file 1040NR electronic be much better. Hope it can be improve and to reach 5 stars

I have been using Ultimate Tax for more than ten years for hundred s of returns and have rarely had any problems. When I did have a problem, the support staff responded quickly to resolve the issue.

We had some issues with the state forms this year. Also, some filing issues.
