Great Tax Software! I like how Ultimate Tax always sending updates on the forms or any changes that happens in the Tax world! Great price and great customer service. There support tools and how to section is very helpful! If you just starting in the Tax Preparation business, I recommend it!

This was my first year to use the Ultimate Tax program. It took a while to get through the learning curve, but once I did, I am very pleased with the product. Ultimate Tax is a better deal than the previous tax program I had used for years and is just as accurate. And the assistants are very professional and helpful.

Your billing system is horrible
Your billing system is horrible! You should let preparers know that the billing system will change for April yet, you send out a huge bill at the end of the season! Also, I’ve been double charged for one efile and the issue has not been corrected!

Error discovered which is still…
Error discovered which is still prevailing unresolved shouldn't be so. Good developers should be able to resolve. Instead the answer given was that your tax software is not compatible with Microsoft apps. Your competitors don't have that kind of unresolved errors. I am not satisfied with the answer given by your assigned helpers. Please look into it.

Because of your excellent staff, I give it just under 5 stars. What I would like to see is that you use the actual forms to make original entrees. I believe that you could open all worksheet from the original form lines. Your price is amazingly low and that is why I still prepare even though it is under 50 returns. At least ten returns are gratis.

First Time using Ultimate Tax
