Underdogs Cycling Inc. Reviews

2 week order turned out to be 7 weeks as there was not stock , bars and spacers ordered for my specific bike bearing cap as discussed when order placed but came with wrong fitment , Edward was good to jump on it and get proper one sent but then when that came (another week later ) that was wrong they sent incorrect spacer again - in the end I ended up ordering a spacer transition from elsewhere at further cost to get bike up and running - although Tavelo was gonna send another one ( but when and if it was right one was another question )
Quality off the bars is very good

Quick to respond to all of my questions. Crankset arrived rapidly once ordered and it amazing. If you are looking to upgrade your crankset, Overfast is the way to go!

This was my first purchase with Underdogs Cycling. Of course, I was a little nervous spending this kind of money with a company that is fairly new to the scene. But the communication from the Sales Team was very reassuring and I received my tracking number very quickly after the purchase. My order showed up promptly and the items were exactly as expected.

Fantastic Customer Service! I bought a set of 8liens wheels from Underdogs Cycling. In fact, I bought two pairs becuase my friend and I both wanted a pair. Edward and his team were amazing and helped us get a great deal. They are so responsive whenever I had a question or needed help! In fact, Edward would call me on the phone to help me. I highly recommend them!

World class service, quick response to questions regarding the order.
Fast delivery to Denmark.
Will for sure do business with them again.

Great communication, very nice guys. Highly recommended

I was skeptical about purchasing from Underdogs but after the whole purchase experience was completed, I am thoroughly impressed with the availability for any questions I had and constant and immediate communication with them.

Underdogs were great to work with in getting my new Tavelo Grow frameset! Minutes after sending a question on their website I received a call by the owner to answer my questions and provide insight on what size would suite me best!

Comunicación excelente con el vendedor.

They are very helpful with addressing any questions I had about products, and I had/have a million questions!😂. Highly recommend them. Glad I found them!

Bought a Tavelo Grow frame and tavelo integrated cockpit. A lot value for money. Fast communication, on par shipping times and the frame and cockpit are high quality. I can recommend using underdogs cycling.

Fantastic support and transparency. Really great to have this option in the market.

Honestly it's a great place for those who are finding DTC bike brands without costing a fortune. Had an unfortunate warranty issue with my bike frame, and even though it took sometime for the bike company to come through with the warranty claim, Underdogs had the right contacts. Within 2 months my warranty came through, which was better than my local bike shop, who denied my warranty claim in the past. Kudos to Underdogs cycling.

Excellent communication (Whatsapp chat and call) and customersevice by Edward. Edward was responding immediately - no matter what time (I live in Norway). I choose Underdogs Cycling because of the good Truspilot reviews when I had decided to order the yet-in-production gravel frame Tavelo Grow. Mid April, I ordered a Farsport wheelset (I wanted string spokes and Edward pointed me to the Farsport gravel X wheelset that offered the option of string spokes (Berd spokes) that had been in the market longer than the Goosynn I looked at) and the new gravel frame Tavelo Grow which was in production and to ship May 20th as earliest. Edward updated me when the wheelset was shipped (it had to be build, it took 10 days to ship), providing the tracking number, and he followed up it was ready for pick up (shipping time around 2 weeks), and checked up how the wheelset looked. May 9th, he notified that the frame was to ship May 15th. May 14th it was shipped and he provided the tracking number. I got the frame on my door the 27th of May. The responsiveness of Tavelo was zero in comparison when I had questions of handlebar choice and adaptors for mounting other handlebars- I contacted them by email, facebook and instagram. Edward would get the answers. Due to the low responsiveness by Tavelo - I am glad I can go through Underdogs Cycling IF any issues with frame or wheelset. Highly recommended for Europeans (not only North Americans) interested in buying frame and bike parts produced by high quality Chinese brands.

Fast Delivery,Great Service and Secure transaction!!

Great service with swift online customer service. Had a pair of handlebars in stock that were sold out everywhere else. Turned out they weren't ready for shipping after all, but it was solved quickly. Complete order incl. shipping ended up taking about a month. Well within acceptable range.

great crank so far (however rather little information about it > works with race face chainrings)

I recently purchased an Incolor SSR from Edward at Underdogs. Since I placed my order before the bikes had been delivered or reviewed in North America, I felt I was taking a chance, but the experience was excellent.

Edward was incredibly helpful, providing all available pre-sale information and maintaining a direct line to the Incolor team. His follow-up and updates after the sale were frequent and informative. Despite the complexity and my constant changes and indecision to my custom paint scheme, the bike arrived in perfect condition and exactly as ordered.

I am very happy with both the bike and the regular communication I received from Edward throughout the process. I have also since ordered a complete Sram Red groupset from him without any issues. I highly recommend Underdog Cycling, especially for complex orders.

I needed a shorter crank but didn’t want to spend the money on a complete crank setup so I got the Elilee crank arms from underdogs cycling. I’m in the US so I wasn’t sure how long I would be waiting for these to arrive but it didn’t take long at all. They even reached out to confirm I got my order. Thanks!

Product as described, fair price, shipped timely, not much else to ask for.
