Excellent communication and customer service throughout.

bought a set of crankarms. ngl was a little nervous ordering from overseas. Pre-Order Sales was very courteous and not pushy. shipping was excellent. product appears fantastic. install was a breeze. they even emailed me after it delivered to check in. I have not used the cranks yet but they appear very well made and nice...I can't foresee an issue. was happy with my overall experience.

ETA: have had the cranks I bought for a few months. smooth sailing.

would def recommend the cranks and underdogs cycling and this will be my first stop when I need something like this in the future.

Eddy was great to deal with. The process was smooth and he made it so easy for me. We agreed on a budget and then he took it from there. He had me sized up and then he ordered everything. He exceeded my expectations and so I’m glad to have met him.

What really impressed me was the follow-up after the transaction to make sure everything arrived properly and that I was satisfied with the product. That level of customer care is rare. Hands down one of the best online retailers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended.

I bought a set of carbon bicycle cranks in February 2026. Even with delay delivery was incredibly fast. The crankset I bought is of great quality and really light.
