I reached out to Underdogs Cycling because they have strong access to the Chinese market while still being established in North America. They’re based in Canada (back east from me), but compared to other options — many of which are located directly in China or Europe — this gave me a lot more confidence.
Communication was excellent. Responses were very fast, and in many cases we spoke directly by phone. They’re extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, especially considering the amount of money involved when ordering from overseas.
They helped guide me toward sensible purchases, suggested options I wasn’t even aware of, and overall made the entire process much smoother than trying to figure everything out on my own. What really stood out was that they’re always just a text or phone call away — which goes a long way when you have questions or concerns.
I’ve now received everything, and throughout the process they were very clear about timelines and what to expect. There were no surprises.
I would absolutely recommend Underdogs Cycling. This isn’t something I’d want to attempt on my own. If I lived in Europe, I might consider a different option, but for anyone in North America, they would be my first choice.

I purchased the Incolor Voyager frameset from Underdogs Cycling and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, Johnny was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The product was delivered on time and exactly as described.

Are there hiccups when buying from places where they have to ship and pass customs. Absolutely! Underdogs came in clutch and communicated excellently throughout the process. Happy and will do business with them plenty more times!

Helped me order a frame from Tavelo in a limited edition colourway. Really responsive to questions and status of shipping, and were able to get an extra derailleur hanger shipped with the frame. There ended up being a small delivery fee from UPS, but they let me know in advance. Overall good experience.

A honest review. My friend and I were very skeptical on purchasing from this site. I did what I could do to see if they were legit. At the end. I'm glad to say they're 100% legit!! Great experience!! They answered every questions in timely manner. We went ahead and ordered 2 wheel sets (8lien). Shipping was quick. Courier fees was minimal ($30 each wheel set). No other hidden fees.

My experience with Underdog was fantastic.
Was looking for a set of cranks and power meter. Spoke to the boss and he gave me a few options.
Took a chance and placed an order, with the understanding that these are boutique bicycle parts from across the world, and they might take a few weeks to arrive.
Here is where it became different -
Post sale communication was amazing. I mean, from the first day, I got regular updates about where my parts were and when to expect them.
It was almost too much communication, but most people would probably like this level of detail.
Parts arrived as expected and I am glad to have a solid vendor to turn to for my bikes.

From initial contact asking about the complete bike purchase options, discussion around sizing, fit, riding style and type, wheelset options, colour schemes and shipping to Australia, absolutely nothing was too much work for these guys. Super attentive and knowledgeable, anda great service from purchase through to delivery! Very excited to put some miles on the bike! Thanks!

After inquiring by email Edward from UnderdogCycling called me to help me select the right size frame and stem length as they have a history of being different when buying from Chinese brands.
