DO NOT JOIN! And especially don’t use the unlimited sharing feature. Yes, your friends get your rate but they have to sit through a two hour presentation and are given nothing in discounts. Even when you request compensation, they do not give them squat. You get a free night. that’s a shitty way to treat your friends. They even told them that they would have to Pay $400 if they didn’t go to the presentation. What? Makes no difference if you complain. It’s not happening. We will
NEVER refer another couple to UVC. SO DISAPPOINTING.
AND there is music nonstop to keep you from relaxing or taking a nap!

right after we came back from trip and where we became a member, we tried to call and use the membership after being on phone for hours zero results. their offers are chosen by them and not members, they want you to go where they prefer not member. And good lock to get in touch for cancelling. I can not say enough to encourage people to stay away from this very well and perfectly organized scam. Their people are so well trained in deceiving.

They have it all figured out how to get your money and then say things like oh - that feature expired. Even though is says right on the details of the contract on the web page - All years included.

DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM - AVOID EVEN MEETING WITH THEM- AT ALL COSTS.

Been a member for 9 years, silver status. DO NOT BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP - it is a money pit and you will be trapped in their contract and pay yearly fees that keep increasing year over year. Their customer service sucks, they lie and are dishonest in every way regarding how "Premier Nights" work, since they tell you they never expire and they do - i found out the hard way when I went to book a nice vacation and they didn't exist anymore. Called Customer Service and they said they can't bring them back. No warning, email or update regarding their expiration - you can only find out if you have them or not by choosing them as a booking option. No information about them in your account or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT BUY. THEY ARE DISHONEST, LIARS WHO STEAL FROM YOU AT ANY CHANCE THEY CAN. I got conned and don't want others to fall into the same trap. F these guys and their deceit.

My experience with Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC) has been a complete nightmare. I signed a contract with them on March 22, 2025, under pressure and based on false and misleading information provided by their sales representatives. We were told we could book flights from our local airport (Newark, NJ) and purchase flights separately through their platform — none of that was true.

We received our login credentials five days after signing, and once we were finally able to access the platform, we discovered that the services promised were either unavailable or did not exist for our area. When we tried to cancel due to breach of contract, UVC demanded 50% of the total membership cost as a penalty. We also received intimidating, vague, and unprofessional responses from their staff, including threats regarding a confidentiality clause to keep us from speaking out.

This company is not trustworthy. They take advantage of people’s excitement, pressure them into signing without time to think, and then deny any right to cancel, even when their sales pitch was full of lies.

I have filed a formal complaint with ACODECO in Panama, where the contract is legally governed, and I will continue pursuing legal action to ensure accountability.

⚠️ Do not sign anything with UVC. Don’t trust their promises. Ask questions, read everything, and walk away if they pressure you. Many others have gone through similar experiences — it’s time to speak up.

Stay away from this company. We bought this mempership in 2019 and only used it once due to the high prices and then covid hit. My biggest complaint is if you dont continue your menbership annual fee you do not have access to the website for viewing or comparing prices while you shop around. We decided since we haven't travelled for so long lets not pay the annual fee this year, after paying thousands and thousands of $s just for the membership. And now this is what you get ( locked out ) Good riddence

One star is more than this company deserves. We paid to become Hyatt members, were promised two free weeks as part of our RCI bonus days and have not been able to use our free travels days whatsoever! The Contract does not specify that our RCI days could NOT be used on international resorts, and we were told during the presentation that we could use our days for Interntional travel- we've tried booking to no avail. Additionally, I advised a UVC representative that a travel agent quoted an amount less than we received as members and he informed me that because the quote was not published on a public website, they would not price match. Complete waste of money and would not recommend!

Please do not buy this. it is by far the worst vaction package ever.

We went to Cabo San Lucus for our birthdays and they tricked us. They sold us an expensive package that we can’t use it ever. They lied to us the whole time and we were under so much pressure, I was sick and my fiancé wanted to get it over with. It was a high-pressure sales using tactics to convince by misleading information, and it was for unexpected high expense. They lied to us for free week hotels, it was for part of Mexico only and they are always booked!!I don’t know how far hyatt can goes by this corrupted business?
We are very unhappy, we have been paying payment for the last 15 months and now they want to charge us for interest on remaining.

Total fraud and scam. They run a bait and switch scheme with Booksi and Monster Reservations Group. Horrible horrible company.

We are at a Hyatt resort now—it is great but you don’t have to be a member. We joined a number of years ago and what they promised was not true. The “free" days were never available. They showed us Disney World resorts that would have paid for the membership with the rates they showed us but when we went to book them, they were no longer available and that was within 2 weeks of joining. They threatened to send us to collections when we quit paying 4 months in but it still cost us $12000. Run run run!

Total scam. They promise all kinds of lies. When something is said that is too good to be true,generally it isn’t true. This is high pressure sales based upon lies I probably will file a lawsuit and get out of this rip off

Don't do it. I wish we had read reviews before shelling out £1000s in 2019. We were told we could use our benefits in resorts in Europe. Not true. We tried to cancel but no go. We have not used one single thing with this company we pay every month and renew each year and it has cost us such a lot of money.

I signed up for this company in 2018 while on vacation at one of their resorts. We paid nearly $8000 in total to be members, but have never used this club since signing up, not even once. When we got the welcome packet, I called and was told to go online and finish my registration in order to activate the account. I asked about using the 7 day credit I received for signing up, but was given the run-around and told every day I chose was some sort of blackout date. It is now 2025 and I tried calling in order to activate my account, but was told I owe a renewal fee for every year since 2018, plus late fees (nearly $1000) if I would like my account to be unlocked. So, after spending $8000 on a membership with plans to spend thousands more on vacations, and never having used the account, these scam artists are more concerned over some bullshit renewal fees on an inactive account. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company to spend your hard earned money on.

RANT / BUYER BEWARE:

Just wanted to say ive been a UVC member for 10+ years and up until recently I have been blown away by the exceptional level of service. From the agents on the phones to the front line staff at the resorts everything has been top notch and worth every penny. When it came time for my renewal I was expecting to pay more as the cost of everything usually rises with time.... but I was commited to renewing if I was given the same terms, same benefits at same costs....... I was over the moon when they gave me the oppertunity to renew with more perks, better terms and lower costs!

Unfortunatly as of recently they have dropped the ball. First some minor issues not worth mentioning and possibly beyond the control of the resorts as covid rules likley resulted in some hardships and challenges which negativly affected some of the service. ( They get a pass.... covid..... it is what it is)

But lately Ive had some experiences with UVC that are just unacceptable.

Preparing for my wedding at Dreams Natura in less than 2 weeks..... the first blunder misquoted me a price on a room for a guest, declined my offer to have my guest book at that moment, promised to call my guest the following day, failed to follow thru with that promise and when my guest did call to book the room was no longer available and she was forced to buy a more expensive room. UVC refused to sell the upgraded room at the promised lower price and only after pleading my case under frusteration they agreed to compensate me by adding a VIP week to my account. This was beyond fair and I was happy with this but should never have came to that and fairness should not be only through a fight.

The latest issue.... Ive been telling all my guests. Dont bring me a wedding gift.... instead just attend the UVC sales meeting so I can retrieve my reward of a free night. Was going out of my way not just to help myself but also to help UVC recruit new members and help my friends as membership has been a blessing for me to that point.

I was told ONLY of the benefits of sending members to the meetigs. The free nights and that those members would have access to "all the membership benefits I have". All the membership benefits I assumed included the benefit of price roll back in the event of price reduction. AS IT SHOULD! Why should there be any benefits lost by to people I send to meetings at all? And if there is shouldnt I be told up front about it? Instead I told every single guest.... go to the meeting, and check the site frequently for price reductions. My guests were also reassured by the agent on the phone at the time of purchase that the oppertunity for price roll back would be there in the event of a price drop.
Well now everyone has paid and price has been dramatically reduced and only now Im told anyone on the refferal program that attends meetings forfiets their eligibility for price role back.

1- that rule is senseless
2- I was mislead into thinking otherwise.
3- the guest went out of their way to double check and were flat out lied to.

The supervisors attempt to ressolve the issue is to review the audio of the calls when my guessed book a and verify that the guest WAS indeed provided with false information and than shed take it from there.
She gave me the heads up that if I am found worthy of some sorta compensation it would be to my membership account and NOT monetary reimbursment to my guest. Now were left with an awkward scenario were unhappy guests who feel betrayed are gonna be forced to attend a meeting were a salesman represeting a company thats already demonstrated dishonesty and now going to try to sell them memberships. Nobody wins here the end result will be NOBODY buys, saleman wastes time he could have utilized elsewhere..... and disgruntled vacationers will be forced to attend a meeting. All this because of poor communication and likley intentional poor communication because obviously no one will agree to attend meeting if it means they dont get the chance of price reduction when it happens. If youre told youre entitled to all the membership perks that should mean ALL the membership perks OR of all except for oppertunity for price roll back that should be communicated. Just seems like they resorted to a fineprint loophole to wiggle out of what they promised and save themselves money . ( letter of the law instead of spirit of the law sorta deal.)

Take my advice, do not on under any circumstances sign a contract with these people. It is a total scam. Whenever you try to book and use your “free nights “you can’t. There is no availability. They also tell you that you’re getting all of these great discounts, but you’re not. This was by far the worst And most costly decision I’ve ever made in my life. They are not responsive to your calls or complaints. You’re not getting what you’re paying for and most of the resorts require you to use 2 or 3 night charge for one night at a resort. They are called 2:1 and 3:1 resorts and all of the one-to-one resorts are low-grade resorts.

We have been diamond members since 2017. We absolutely love every resort that we have been to. We made the investment in our 50s as our retirement plan. It comes with an RCI membership as well and that in itself has paid for the membership. Just not enough time to use all of the benefits it includes. We just updated to Impression level.
