I placed order on 9/12, no tracking information can’t even get in touch with customer service. I hope it comes before my vacation. I’m about to cry. I hope I can change this rating to a 5 if my hair come

The hair came fast and it’s really soft however it shed a lot and the length was shorter than expected for 24 inches…I feel like the review on the website isn’t real because from the reviews what I expected isn't what I got.. it’s not totally bad but just not the quality I expected.

This company is horrible and is a scam. I ordered my hair in july, received it a month later. The wig was not what was advertised. I sent product back on Aug 3rd within there 30 day time frame. As of today Sep 9th I still have not received my money back. I paid through afterpay and they are no help at all. I see multiple people have complained about this company through afterpay and afterpay still have them as a customer 🤔. This company is scamming people through afterpay as well.

It's almost October and they have had their wig and my money since 07/03/2023. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK? I'VE DONE MY PART. PLEASE SEND ME MY MONEY.

I finally heard back from them, but get this. It wasn’t to apologize and issue my refund. They had the nerve to ask me to delete my reviews on Trustpilot. “Go straight to hell, Ike!” SEND ME MY MONEY

It’s been over 2 months and I still have not received my refund or anything other than an auto reply to my emails. I’ve called several times and have not been able to speak with anyone.

I purchased a 20 inch body wave and O.G! I LOVE IT!...I would recommend it to anyone

I had placed an order back on July 22nd 2023. They advertise that it ships within 3-5 business days. It's now August 11th and still have not received my order. I had emailed them regarding my order. They reply with an automated email saying. Someone will reach out to me within 48hr still nothing. I sent them an email yesterday. Stating that I don't even want the wig anymore I just want a refund at this point.

I would give this company negative stars if I could! Wig does NOT at all look like what I ordered. The one sent to me is ugly and frizzy! I asked for a refund and was declined. Awful service, false advertising,& bad quality of wigs. NEVER dealing with this company again. Having cancer is bad enough, last thing I need is to go through a hassle trying to exchange an item. :(

Terrible.
I somehow got subscribed to their mail list. I had sent an email requesting they remove me since the "unsubscribe here" did not work (was not a hyperlink, just text).

I still receive emails from them multiple times a day. Now sent to spam but i would like to not receive emails from them point-blank.

Speaks volumes on their customer service. They're unresponsive.

I am still experiencing this, of course.

Issue still unresolved

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I purchased a wig and emailed them for a return the same day. Well inside of the 30 day window that I had. I paid for FedEx as they asked and sent them a copy of the tracking. Then they stopped responding and have not issued a refund and it has been almost a month. Do not purchase anything from them. If you have any problems you will not get any refund or resolution.

Ordered hair from them which I wasn’t happy with. Was told to send it back with shipping/tracking number. It’s been about 3 weeks, and I’m being ignored at this point/ it’s clear that they received the package, but I still haven’t received my refund.

If there was a negative star .. I would give that .. I ordered a wig And it didn’t have a band so I had to send it back because of that and the style wasn’t what I ordered they asked for a confirmation for tracking I sent that.. I saw that it was delivered and now when I’ve reached out for to them for the last few weeks they don’t respond so I contacted my creditor to dispute the charges!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER HAIR FROM THESE ROBBERS I ORDER A WIG FROM THEM JUNE 6 THE WIG CAME AND WENT BACK TO SENDER BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THAT THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG BUT I KNOW FOR SURE THAT I SENT THEM THE RIGHT ADDRESS THE WIG WAS RETUNED TO THEM I HAD TO CALL THEM ABOUT IT AND WHEN I DID THEY SAID THE WIG WAS RETURNED AND THEY WOULD RESEND IT I WAITED ANOTHER WEEK NO HAIR I CALLED THEM AGAIN SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AND ASK FOR A REFUND THEY SAID THAT I WOULD BE I REFUNDED IN 24 IN HOURS ITS BEEN ANOTHER WEEK STILL NO REFUND AND NO HAIR I KEEP CALLING NO ANSWER SCAMMED DON’T ORDER FROM THEM THEY ROBBED ME AND FROM OTHER REVIEWS LIKE MINDS THEY ROBBED THEM TO SMH THIS WIG WAS FOR MY BDAY LETS ALL STOP THEM EVEN IF YOU GAVE A GOOD REVIEW BECAUSE THEY WILL GET YOU TOO I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE NO STARS BUT IT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD RIGHT A REVIEW. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED ASAP.

Customer service is one of the worst. Uolova hair sent me the wrong product. I reached out to customer service asking for a return mailing slip and refund or return mailing and correct product exchange. They responded with an address - that is it. What they did not provide was confirmation of refund or exchange or a return mailing label. I emailed them back several times requesting that information and they decided to ghost me. I will never use this company again. I am going to file with the Better Business Bureau and seek out consumer protections in New York.

Their hair is beautiful and does appear realistic especially the invisible lace seemless blends into your scalp but some it's extremely oversized. If you have no hair like me from cutting all of it off for a fresh start, the cap will appear bulky and you may need to get it resized to fit your head perfectly. It will be great if multiple sizes can be offered for order that way it saves the customer time and/or additional money. Other than that the hair is beautiful.

I love how natural the hair from Uolovahair looks. It blends seamlessly with my natural hair and gives me the volume and length I have always wanted.
