I’ve been very intimidated to try wigs but took a chance on this one. Love it and it styles so easy. The lace is truly invisible. Very minimal effort for the install. Will be purchasing a curly unit next.

I ordered a wig from Uolova. I received the wig, however, it was not human hair. It was tooo shiny and felt fakelike. I just know it wasn't right. I reached out to their customer svc number and it was not legitimate. I emailed them and they replied to send it back with the tracking number. I did and tracked that they received it and now they are not responding and still taking my money through paypal in 4 installments. I will reach out to Paypal to see if they can stop payment until they reach out to me. Please do not purchase from this site. Fraudulent

I ordered a wig 2 weeks ago never received it, but Uolova was sure to take the money out of my account, however; when I called their number no one answered or bothered to call me back. I emailed them they responded asking for my order number even though they should already have that information, so I provided them with the order number and I haven’t heard a word back. I will notify my bank.

I just made the mistake of purchasing a wig. Before I read all these complaints. I tried to call and email, I guess something fake. No one answered. Please return my money. It’s not cool to scam people.

DO NOT order more than one wig in your order. I ordered TWO wigs in one order, the merchant packed only ONE- and they are refusing to refund me for the wig I didn’t received. There are many other wig websites to order from, avoid ordering from Uolova they are dishonest! I will NEVER order from this merchant again.

I'll be honest the hair is so soft and true to length and pretty. No complaints, communication with the seller was really nice, got the hair on time, i love the hair. I'm very sure if you buy this hair you will not regret your money or feel disappointed.

I ordered my wigs about three weeks ago and I have not received them yet.

Absolutely love this headband wig! It’s more secure than other headband wigs because there are extra small straps with hooks to tighten the wig. The hair itself is so bouncy and flowing. My absolute favorite headband wig. I will purchase this one again.

I should have read the reviews first before buying this hair. I purchase this hair on March 3, and I'm still waiting for this hair. It is now March 22, I needed it for this weekend, so disappointed. $300 and I'm still trying to track my hair saying it is in NJ and it has not left the station.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this company. First time the hair was good and lasted a long time. Wasn’t that easy to detangle and a bit thin . But over all it looked amazing! I will install these next bundles and let y’all no how it goes

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM UOLUVA!! I purchase a wig for over $300. The wig was really stringy and not full, so I returned it. I reached out to them for approval prior to returning. They instructed me to send them my tracking number and provided me the return address. I tracked the package and show it was delivered to them. THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME! I have reached out SEVERAL times with no response. Awful company, don’t get scammed and purchase elsewhere.

I go to trust pilot before I make any purchases online to check the reviews. I'm really shocked at the reviews. This company has gotten. It's been over a year that I purchased my wig five-by-five deep wave. I am more than satisfied and happy. I have washed I have flat iron and it looks gorgeous. I am shocked to see the negative reviews. I'm probably lucky or made a lucky selection but I love my wig and thinking about getting another

I was really scared for ordering from this site but I must admit the hair was awesome wish it was a little Fuller but the hair and the curl pattern is great. I will definitely order again .oh it. Took a week to get my order.
