Never received confirmation so I got suspicious
I saw the ad on fb so decided to try them purchase wig on Feb 26 and have not received a confirmation so I try to called can't get through send a email, Gmail said email don't exist so I decided to check out the reviews and was very disappointed and seems like the company is one big scam they even blocked out some reviews smh
I will be disputing this with my bank at this point.

I ordered 2 wigs recently...they took a couple weeks but they did arrive. I'm not so hot on the material of one of them but it's still great hair!

This company is a fraud and no one should be buying from them… the address doesn’t even exist. Be careful not everyone writing a bad review is wrong they are victims just like me, and the people that are saying that they receive the wigs are nothing but liars and they are themselves writing it!! So please be careful ordering you’ll never get it!!!

This company does not answer the phone or respond to emails. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. I wrote an email to cancel my order and to refund my payment and I have yet to hear back.

Have Not Received Merchandise
I ordered a wig in Dec. I was told that the wig would’ve delivered in 3 days. Since it was the holidays I gave them some extra days. I got an email from them and it said the wig had been delivered but I have not received it. I have tried calling them but no one answers.

They don’t honor their commitment.
I bought a wig.in October received it in good time.two days later sent it back.when I didn’t hear from Uolova about the wig,the ups brought the package back to me. I’m still waiting on my order or my refund. I also emailed Uolova about this problem but they have nothing else to do with this incident "

Absolutely in love with this wig
Absolutely in love with this wig! It’s so pretty and soft! Color is same as described. Hair looks decent and has a good volume. the hairline is pre-plucked and it looks really natural. And it fits perfectly with no glue!! No weird smell and super easy to install. For the price it’s a yes for me.
