Good in Many Ways
I enjoy doing surveys and earning cash back on Upromise.com. I also upload receipts and get cash for that. You can also gain access to cash back on many different sites like HSN or QVC. There are many bonuses to having a Upromise card!

Low quality survey experience
too many times I experience
1) survey that starts then tells me I already did it
2) survey that fails to marked completed, stuck in Started mode
3) seldom when filing a concern is payment made, never is a communication back made
4) delayed credits lost frequently
5) some offer instructions impossible to grasp as they change once in the offer
6) no useful offers means $.50 bonus impossible to earn.

2. Surveys that remain stuck in “Started” typically mean the partner didn’t send a completion signal back to us, and we can review those when submitted through your Activity Ledger.
3. We’re concerned to hear you’re not receiving follow‑up communication — you should always get a response when a ticket is submitted correctly.
4. Delayed or missing credits are never the experience we want for our members, and we can investigate those individually.
5. Offer instructions should remain consistent, and if something changes mid‑offer, we want to know so we can escalate it.
6. We appreciate you pointing out the difficulty earning certain bonuses — your feedback helps us improve the offer mix and experience.

ways to make it better
the surveys are a waste of time; screenings take time and most times you don’t qualify. i shop using the link and not all activities get picked up. love getting money back for my kids. i hate when i forget to use the link. wish i could get credit for my mobile receipts like sam’s; i use scan and go so i dont have a physical receipt. been using upromise for a long time.
