I filed a submission for missing…
I filed a submission for missing earning on December 28, 2025 and still have not received a reply despite numerous attempt to contact customer support. They refused to acknowledge my emails despite clearly providing the proper documentation showing the purchase.

App is Great When It Works
The ease of using the app. One thing that sometimes happens to me is that when the app re-routes me to the app I want to shop at, I receive an error code. I then utilize the upromise website and get re-routed to the shopping website successfully.

It took multiple emails to get this solved
It took multiple emails to get this solved. I had to stay on top of this, sending proof of purchase three times. The first resolution only credited me 6 cents and I had to re-send everything proving that more than $6 was owed. There was an adjustmet made to make the cashback $6 and I didn't receive any communication about this.

Money is not credited so many many times. And the system to report missing credits is impossible to negotiate. They have all the information, but won't credit you unless you send them what they already have. Do I remember the exact day I started a game? No. Do I have an email for a year ago showing I purchased something through the website? Maybe not. Ridiculous. Terrible, not user friendly program.

The program changes over time allowing…
The program changes over time allowing for less and less grocery rewards. The surgery sometimes have you go through the entire survey and either kick you out at the end or just don’t provide the reward. On the plus side, if you use it for shopping needs. It can be worthwhile.

We understand how frustrating it can be when your purchases or activities on Upromise don't always track as expected. Here are a few important points to keep in mind:
- Once a purchase is made through our link, it may take up to 30 minutes and up to 5 business days to appear as pending in your Shop ledger.
- After appearing as pending, most purchases will credit to your account within 32 days. For travel-related purchases, it may take up to 90 days.
- If you are missing credit for a purchase, please ensure you have followed all the steps and allow the full crediting period to pass. Sometimes, technical issues or device settings can prevent tracking, and unfortunately, we may not always be able to issue credit if the transaction was not tracked by the merchant.

No customer support
I came across information about an account I opened years ago with an email I no longer have access to. There is no way to check on my account. The "contact us" link just takes you to a FAQ page. There is no way to contact customer support via chat, email, or phone. One of the FAQ mentions their "support team" but gives no way to contact them.
