Why would I pay for a warranty on top of my already existing warranty that’s stupid and the site is deceptive in how that is presented.
User friendly and affordable
It was a user friendly website that made it simple to purchase insurance for my lg oled! Hopefully I will not have to use this insurance but it's always better to be safe than sorry.

The experience that I have had so far has been wonderful. Really easy-to-use site and you have almost all the products that I can see would be needed. I gave five stars just based on the initial interaction and the sales aspect. I don't know how the service is should I ever need to file a claim but I am hoping to never need to either so, for now I am really happy with offering.

Worst company ever been since 20 January no phone no answer asked 3 weeks ago to return my phone since nothing it now march 1 .
The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had with a warranty company. I have 4 phones covered through this company. I purchased an ADH plan which should cover accidents. My son dropped his phone getting out of his friend's truck and it was run over and broke into many pieces.
I called on January 9th 2023 to submit a claim. I was told that since the phone was in pieces it could not be repaired and I needed to submit photos for proof of the condition. I asked for an email address to submit photos and was then told that I had to pay my deductible prior to them giving me the email address. I paid my $99 deductible and submitted photos that day. The CSR verified my information for Zelle and said once the claims department approves the claim in 24 to 48 hours I would receive either a replacement device or the cost to replace would be sent via Zelle. On Jan 14 (5 days in) I received an email from a claims rep stating he needed the color and storage gb of the iPhone. I replied to his message right away and received an auto response that he was out of office and would return Wednesday. After hearing nothing back by Thursday the 19th, I called the Customer Service number again and the rep stated he sent a message to claims and I should hear back in 24 to 48 hrs.
The following week I called back on Tuesday and got the same story. Called again on the 27, same story. On February 2 I called again and was transferred to a claims rep where I was told that I needed to submit photos again, I did so. I was told they were trying to secure an identical replacement or would send me the $$ for replacement and I would hear back in 24-48 hrs. I received an additional email from the claims rep requesting a photo of the backplate of the device showing the imei number. I replied stating that iphones don't have this information on them. After another 48 hours on February 9th, 1 month after my claim was submitted and deductible collected, I received a reply via email that since I am unable to provide the requested information, my claim is denied.
WHATTT??!! WHERE'S MY DEDUCTIBLE THEN??
I intend to try to complain to a manager but it seems my warranty isn't worth the space the contract is taking up on my computer! I am canceling all 4 warranties after submitting this review. Who knows when I'll see that small prorated refund AND the refund of my deductible which I'm likely just going to file a complaint with Visa to get my deductible back.

I was told two days for approval of estimate and then two days receive payment by zell. I'm going on day 16. This company is the worst company ever. They make you pay up front and then submit forms to get reimbursed. They tell you don't get the phone fixed until they approve it then go get it fixed then pay it then submit a reimbursement form. As I said before I'm on day 16 and no payment yet. They'll never get mine again.

This company is absolutely ridiculous
This company is absolutely ridiculous. *DO NOT USE THEM* I submitted a quote to be approved two weeks ago and I have heard nothing but lies about when it is going to be approved, I have called and e-mailed multiple times and each time they say it will be the next day and they don't know why it hasn't been approved. That is 2 weeks without a phone, I have lost business because of there negligence.
An example of there customer service. I called for the 4th time last week, the gentleman I spoke to was trying to pull up my account, he asked for my phone number and I gave it to him, he said he couldn't find it, then he used my full name and I never gave it to him. He refused to tell me how he knew my name and could not find my account. finally after giving him everything he needed he magically found it, was rude about it and told me I would have my quote the next day. When the phone call ended he refused to hang up first so I could not submit the phone survey.

Great for extending your warranty for your steam deck
It was very simple to setup the warranty for my steam deck. When they ask you for the model number, it's the controller code in the steam deck settings. I had a little trouble with it, until I tried it and it went through.

Beware of Upsie
I have had my policy since November. Got a crack in my screen. Called to set up a claim. Was told that it was denied because it wasn't 90 days. Even though during the purchase of a plan it stated immediate coverage. Beware.
Website wonderfulness is pure hype
I remember thinking "people might take advantage of that" when I signed up for 2 years.. file a claim and we send you a new phone that day! Wow! Now, after I sent my money and it's in their account the story is send your phone in, we will diagnose it and see if you deserve anything after awhile. Meanwhile I guess I'm supposed to go buy a new phone while I wait.. Bait & switch. Uh, they don't provide 24/7 as advertised either.

I recently submitted a claim was told by the representative that what I'm going to do is take it to a Samsung service center have it worked on and then provide the receipt I was given the email to send the receipt I sent it to the email of his given and was told I would receive my authorization to get paid back within three business days. Now I'm being told that first I was supposed to send a repair " request then do something else that's not what I was told from the previous representative. I called they continue always trying to say there is a deductible but on my thing it says zero deductible for cracked screen. So now I have resubmitted again and they're trying to tell me it's going to be another four business days so again and again and again it changes changes changes.

I CANCELLED! I got the monthly coverage for my phone. The plan stated if I submitted my receipt with in a certain time period it woukd be covered immediately. I did so, the plan said the coverage started, then 88 days later i had a cracked screen. They refused to cover it...said it had to be 90 days. It was supposed to be covered immediately!!! Trash!
A recent firmware update on my TV has…
A recent firmware update on my TV has severely affected the picture quality. Since I am outside the manufacturers warranty they are no help and can’t guarantee a fix for the issues, since the prior update was almost 6 months ago and only addressed smart features not performance.
I’ve reached out to Upsie multiple times now they never responded to my email/call, finally got someone on the that kept accusing me of intentionally damaging the tv and said that the warranty did not cover negligent damages.
I explained to them that the tv hasn’t left the spot I set it up over a year ago and other than the occasional dusting or microfiber cloth cleaning of the screen itself it has not been mishandled.
They had me take several pictures and videos with the issue I was having and picture of nearly every inch of the screen to prove there was no physical damage.
It has been almost two weeks of waiting for a response and nothing.
I don’t recommend using Upsie for warranty on any device, because as many of the reviewers have suggested they go out of their way to not honor said warranty.
Now I’m left with a $1500 tv that was perfect a few weeks ago that has been greatly diminished by a manufacturers software update that was pushed through even after having my device set to manual update to avoid these situations.

Do not buy an accident policy from this company! When you make a claim they will say you were negligent and refuse to cover your product. They will claim it's in their terms of service that they never supply and is not on the website. I was finally able to get a copy and there is a clause for negligence. That's it one word and they will refuse your claim. Square Trade is a pain to work with, but at least they will fix your device!
Got my money for a warranty claim three weeks late…
Never got my money for a warranty claim that was approved. Was supposed to receive it two weeks ago and am still waiting. Called again this week to find out what was going on, and the rep told me they'd give me a call back, which they never did.
UPDATE: Got a check in the mail a month after I was originally told that I would receive a direct deposit within a week. No one called to let me know, in fact, when I called to ask about the deposit they said they would check with the claims team and give me a call back (never got a call back).
So you'll probably get your money if you sign up for this service, but for me at least communication with the company reps was very poor
