I just had a valuation from them ... My house is valued at £425,000 to £450,000 they offered me £340,000 £100,000 profit!

Upstixs I've seen what you've done below leaving comments as if you tried to resolve things well you made it very clear on the phone the price you offered so it's only fear for people to know what your company and others like yours are all doing ... Cutting well below the valued price making a fortune of the sweat of others and all of you have no shame it's all about the money right!

So this further response is after the response from Upstixs below.
Surely it is obvious after all you have said a profit of £100'000 cannot, I repeat Cannot be fare to anyone to lose knowing well the expenses you speak of is standard and expected and the resale price would compensate which would be much more than £100,000 in profit ...your business never runs at a loss and the resale would be marketed much higher and would be marketed in such a way that the price you resell it would accommodate any all expenses.
Hope you don't catch anyone else that's keeping you all and the other companies like you in business.

I needed to sell my house quick and with no problems.
Upstixs does exactly that .
I had the most amazing person look after me Kris McClory he listened to what I needed and how fast I needed this sell to move and he delivered . Kris went above and beyond to get the house sold on the the date that he said .
And this actually happened !!!!! House sold no hassle if there was Kris was there to take that pressure off . I will recommend upstix to my friends etc and I will definitely recommend that they ask for Kris .

We have just exchanged contracts on a property sold by Upstix. The transaction has been faultless to date. Really poor offer. My house is currently for sale with an estate agents, listed at offers in excess of £230k.

Did a valuation out of curiosity and came back with £155k, are you joking! Definitely would not recommend selling through them, give an extremely low offer so they can make a high profit leaving you the one that’s lost out on a lot. The lengthy time of selling and few headaches from being in a chain is well worth the extra £75k🤣

Right from the start the whole process was quick, simple and professional. Would fully recommend and will use again if selling- just takes out all the hassle of viewings and being in the dreaded chain.

Very disappointed with the service so far. After making initial enquiries a telephone appointment was arranged, confirmed by text several times, including a text an hour before the appointment. No call materialised with Jake. House selling/buying is stressful enough without such poor service adding to it. There was no way of contacting Jake to find out what was going on.
UPDATE: company contacted me by phone and email. Very apologetic, issues due to third party booking company. Dealt with empathetically and professionally. Quite impressed for a Sunday! Now the process begins.

Kris was really good and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Everything was brilliant from start to finish, I was dubious about the service having used a similar company previously. however I decided to give it a go with Upstix. sold my property within three weeks to Upstix with no complications and for the original offer with no late changes to the offer (which I was expecting). Highly recommend if considering a cash offer service, I would have liked to sell the property for full market value but the stress relief the quick cash sale relieved was priceless.

Brilliant service, super responsive

I went through the process with Chris who was very sympathetic to my situation.I was promised a call back that very afternoon or the latest the next morning well neither materialised. Sent an email asking to be contacted but nothing. Just an absolute waste of time!!!

Currently at the stage of Memo of Sale and can't fault the process so far. Kris and Alex have called promptly when they they have arranged to. Kris has dealt with all queries and valuation discussions and been very understanding and knowledgeable. Deal has worked well for both sides because of the transparency and communication. We have a direct line to Kris which makes it easy. Looking to move the process on as smoothly as it has started!

Went through the online process to just be told “we cannot give you an offer at this time”. What a waste of time

Total waste of time. A totally inaccurate view / opinion of my property - they’re a total joke, totally low ball offer initially and then the underwriters invent a story about the property that isn’t true. total amateur hour, avoid at all costs

I've just sold my flat through Upstix and the whole experience was Great.
