Tried to use UPSTIXs twice within the last year for two different properties. Both times after speaking to them on the phone, they have never got back to me.

The first time they happily took all the details, said they’d call me back later that day. Never got back to me. I tired calling but they never answered the phone or got back to me when emailing etc.

The second time most recently (within the last week) they took all of the details, said they’d hear back from their underwriters later that day. A week on, nothing. Not even a courtesy email or text to say they aren’t interested.

Time wasters

Worked with Upstix on a recent sale for them and they have been great all the way through.
Everyone in the team has been friendly and helpful and always got back to me on any questions.

A unique offering to the market. Fast buy and sell is always a challenging sector, but Upstix does try add value to their customers.

I have been working with Upstix for around 6 months now and I have found the team, particularly Josh, to be approachable, knowledgeable and driven! Upstix, even though relatively new to the market, has a unique offering, adding value for its customers.

Personally, I can only say positive things about UPSTIX. We have been working with this company for some time, and the service we have received has been exceptional. I have personally dealt with Josh Shaw and Simon Barton, both of whom are always responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and we always receive a prompt reply. We would highly recommend UPSTIX. They provide a tailored service to meet each individual’s needs.

Waste of time, kept saying there's an error please try again

You didn't call at 10am or at 11:45am on 26/12/24. You obviously don't have Customer service skills. Yes i appreciate it's the Xmas holidays but why promise a call!

Offensive offer. Offered nearly half of what the property was worth. Avoid.

Pulled out of deal and hour before we were signing for new property, could have been worse I could have signed for new house and would have been left with two houses. Think before you enter into a deal with these guys, all looks well upfront put they want to have a buyer for your property before they do the deal with you.

Just did the basic check so nothing further but info all available and genuine after reading into it all

Upstix were transparent and very helpful with every stage of my journey- I didn't end up progressing and Duncan was even helpful with some recommendations in my steps elsewhere. fantastic experience

UPSTIX do what they say. They buy your house quickly. I researched other house buying companies that were unscrupulous. I dealt with Duncan AT UPSTIX, he was fair and professional. Transaction went well and I wound recommend them.
