We have not received our order
We have not received our order. I ordered on 4 January, it is now 23 January and nothing has arrived. Each time I queried the order I was told something had happened and they had item and would send to us. This did not happen. I received a message saying it had been posted on 18 Jan but still nothing.
I was charged $12 for postage but was notified it was sent as a regular Australia Post letter which is roughly $2.00.
I get things from China faster than this. Items from Sydney usually take no more than 3-4 days. This has been 19 days and still nothing has arrived which is holding up parts of our renovation.

Thank you for the irrelevant feedback for a third-party item that we just advertise to offer additional range in our product line.
China stock is held in Chullora, NSW warehouses with 50+ employees.
If you think that is the same as us, that is your view.
Everyone is entitled to their opinions & l I think the remainder 99% of reviews speak for themselves )
