Prices Promise is just there to entice you in, some items are cheap, some are expensive, when challenged, the price is the price, no price matching, guttering and downpipes cheaper by the meter at SCREWFIX. Delivery is slow and without any communication, updates are only available if you call or email and chase, never proactively given. Incorrect orders, missing parts are not speedily resolved. From order to a complete delivery of all parts, took 2 weeks, no apology, no compensation. Many products are just outsourced to GAP. uk.com, so why not buy direct from the source.

I ordered some materials from these guys a few months back and they went above and beyond to assist me. I was on a time constraint which I explained to Callum and he was so helpful in assisting. All the materials turned up with nothing missing and it was finished on time. I would highly recommend The UPVC Shop and feel the customer service I received was excellent.

They promise they will price match. When I emailed them they did reply and said they were unable to match cheaper price I found

Excellent prices but very poor service. I am still waiting after 2 weeks for the items to be delivered. Communication is also very poor with no information on when the goods will be delivered, except when I chased, and they don't seem to answer their phone or respond to urgent emails.
