Great first experience using Urban
It was very easy to book and the service Ryan ,the pro, delivered was amazing.
He was friendly yet very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to .
I liked the massage as much as decided to extend it beyond the booked slot.
Can strongly recommend Ryan and Urban after having a wonderful experience.
The fact that the massage therapist came to my place and could just relax after that added to whole experience.

Book Mirlene!
Mirlene was calm and knew what she was doing. She found knots I didn’t know I had and over the course of the massage, worked them out.

Such a luxury and convenience service
Tried them first time and had to say very happy with it, as mom with new baby it's very hard to go out, its not as simple but with this service i can get them home, having massage and pampered without all the hassle, my therapist very polite, on time and she did well technically its just bit too soft with pressure, i should have say anything about it maybe but was too shy to ask, otherwise all perfect, next time i will try to make sure to write in note i love strong deep massage. Give it a try, great service

Hi Lena. Thank you for giving Urban a try. We’re so glad the at-home service made it easier for you to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation as a new mum. It’s lovely to hear that your therapist was polite, punctual and made you feel well looked after. We completely understand that it can sometimes feel awkward to ask for more pressure, but please don’t be shy next time. Your therapist will always want you to feel comfortable and can adjust the treatment to suit you. Adding it to your booking notes is a great idea. We hope to welcome you back soon!
