You did not specify that the Office suite I purchased cannot be used without a 365 account which is what i needed.

Thus the product I purchased is unusable

software flagged as unlicensed and stopped working

Purchase was easy - download received in a few hours. Unfortunately what I purchased was not compatible with my old laptop and when I reached out for a refund I didn’t receive it

I have made seeral attempts to install the reader. However it was not possible even with support by the seller.
Continuation of installation requires to get into the MAC security patterns which is not wanted.
rRequested to cancel order and refund the purchase.

I sought assuranced that the prodcut I was about to buy could be actviated over MacOS High Seirra, as there is a well know and widely published understanding that some Offcie for Mac builds cannot be activated, due to failure of the prodcut key licnecing screen not appearing.

I was assured that the verion Urlicense had would activate without issues. I purchasedthe product basd on that assurance. When I installed the software, I was horrified to see that the build number was the specific build number linked to impossible activation.

after 10 or 20 attempts to activate this software, I reached out to URlicense requesting a refund, based on the assurances given and that the product provided was not fit for purpose. After a week of toing and froing, Urlinse is still refusing to refund my money. Finally, Bastian from their support team reached out to me offering true support and help. After several rounds of communication with Bastian, we did achieve resolution, and was able to install a version of Ms Office onto my High Sierra machine. Bastian was kind, thoughtful, and understanding and togher we resolved the issues.

Needed Adobe quickly for work. Easy to download, fully functional and cheap!

Sells license in bulk. Sends a key that doesnt work. License 100% useless, and then they ghost you. Do not waste your time and money

More than twenty four hours only to be told they didn’t have the licences. So why list it for sale in the first place. Avoid it.

This product is a scam. I believe they are selling "add on" accounts with an enterprise account which is why you cant register your existing account to renew. I plan on informing MS but I have bigger fish to fry right now.

If you are a potential consumer buyer beware. Spend the extra buck and go to Microsoft!

I did to you that's why I actually wrote the review I wrote which I never really give bad feedback usually because I don't believe in contributing to that but at the same time you gave me no choice.

secondly if it was not just an Enterprise type of a license you would be able to do a renewal as well You don't even get a license code or anything that's the only time I've ever used Microsoft and not gotten one is on an enterprise account so don't give me that nonsense. there should be no reason that I can't use my own email address and review my account so it's garbage.

and yes it is written on the product listing sort of down towards the bottom, It does have some murky descriptions related to what type of product is but it doesn't say that you get a code key it does say something about activating like you'll get an email to activate the account well here's the thing I would expect to get a code a license code so I can activate my own account but you don't get one because it's not an individual account it's an Enterprise account.

fact I had to go double check this just to be sure and here's what I found anytime you're using it to register without a license key using an email address to login like you sent me that's not a personal account. Rather it could be a personal account but it's not my personal account it's somebody else's somebody's account that you're just selling like that. and the rest thing is that Microsoft office or 365 is totally free if you don't care about storage or really linking your account to anything or anything else or even using co-pilot. I also have a fixed screenshot of this from Microsoft so don't BS me.

I purchased a Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus – Lifetime License for Windows on May 3rd.

Three days have passed since then, but I still haven't received anything.

What's going on?

Well… they somehow delivered what they delivered. But, in the page, it says it was a family one, which I thought it was same as Microsoft one allowed 5 family members to be shared.

But, in the page, it did said 6 devices …

Somehow, it was an individual subscription with 6 devices access.

Have escalated but they ignored my feedback.
