I'm currently having an issue with my RTK antenna. The support team was quick to identify the problem. I should be receiving a new antenna soon.

I recently contacted Mammotion’s customer service regarding an issue with the height adjustment on my robotic mower, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the support I received. The representative was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, guiding me step by step through the troubleshooting process. We determined that it may be a hardware fault with the lift sensor so now waiting for repair to be completed via warranty .

Communication and help was good.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for any kind of response from their support organization. I'm really frustrated. I'm getting wheel speed sensor timeout errors in the app and I have no idea when or even if they will ever get back to me. My advice is to steer clear of this brand until they can get their support organization sorted out.

The App takes a bit to master but the mower works great. My lawn has never looked better.

I've received Yuka Mini 600 in the end of April 2025 from Mammotion directly (not bought on Amazon). Previously I had some from Fuxtec with perimeter wire, but charging circuit has burnt out and support do not want (they do not have, hmmm) to sell me spare parts. Only new mower with discount. But then I realize, that I have to upgrade my negative experience with often stacked and blocked mower somewhere.

After unpacking, I read the short instructions for Yuka. Set it up charging base and RTK antenna. Install application and...power on. I did mapped all areas, but without no-go zones around the tree, etc.

CONS: Yuka mowed well, but... there was a lot of unmowed place around the trees-about 50-100 cm. It looked very messy. Then i realize on small lawn, that defining no-go zones solve all problems. :)

At first start there was also limitation to defining max. 5 areas for mowing. But with one sw update that was also solved.

After last update in May come a little bug: if the channel between areas is occupied, Yuka stops and say "channel is blocked". Pressing "grass and start" does not allow Yuka to continue (previous release enable that). You should also press button in application. A little awkward. And battery with 2 Ah is to small. It took Yuka to mow 400 m2 almost 10 hours!

PROS: Overall and what is most important to me: Yuka is the device at my house, which is the most perfect finished in every aspect. I am very demanding person in technical manner, but this is realy awesome. Astonishing.

Mower blades never get to dirty, nor wheels, even mowing at rain. At my old mower, i have to cleaned at least once per mowing.

The cutting grass is *so perfect*, that I lower the frequency of moving to once a week!

The application is working, those little bugs are more or less cosmetical. I realy love redefining areas often. Or editing no-go zone.

Congratulations Mammotion, you did a tremendeous device.

I've walked a small grade (hill) for just over 30yrs. There came a time when I could no longer do it. My (younger) neighbor began upkeep of my lawn as well as his own; he lives in an end unit (sizable plot). I purchased a Luba awd 1 to aid in completing this task. My Luba's work area consists of: me and my neighbor's front lawns, even that strip at the curb; it mows the fenced in back yards and it mows beyond our yards, where there is an extreme angle (tackled seemingly effortlessly). The investment in robot is a very wise decision. So impressed, I plan on upgrading when I can. Good buy (not bye,because I'll be a repeat customer)

I pre-ordered the LUBA mini AWD and received it in a timely manner. Once it shipped it was quick to get to me. It was very easy to set up, and it worked great. I have a fenced in backyard so to mow the back I had to manually send it to the back. I love how the mower mows the lawn, I like that it will mow in random patterns. With the grass I have it is best to mow in different directions, so this works great! and I don't have to walk behind it, or walk up hill, or fight with the bagger on a push mower. I have a lawn with slopes that was tough for me with the push mower. I also tried a riding mower and the slightest feeling of tipping over scared me. I was worried that this mower wouldn't work on these areas of my lawn, but to my surprise it made it look so easy. I had no problems in my problem areas. This is when I decided to order the LUBA 2 AWD. The LUBA 2 AWD will mow the front yard and the LUBA mini AWD will mow the backyard while I sit and relax while they are doing all the work.

If you're tired of push mowing and you can't find anyone to mow the way you want, I highly recommend buying one of these mowers.

After facing problems to recharge my Luba 1000, I contacted support hot line and received a new power charge adapter. Since problem could not be resolved I had been asked to return the Luba for repair. I sent the package on March 30th and received repaired Luba on 7th of April. Congrats and compliment to Luba support team Europe. Local dealers ciuld not be faster!!!

I have a problem with the power supply. I contact them using the chat system into the app, and they respond immediately. After checking the warranty time, they have sent me the new power supply in only 3 days.

I always saw mixed reviews on mammotion support but from my experience it was one of the smoothest procedures I have experienced. I got into a chat with an agent quickly. After answering a few questions and troubleshooting my issue, it was determined a replacement part was needed. Within the week I received the replacement part. Could not be happier with the experience honestly.

Good response time and understanding of my problem. Shipped the correct parts to me without issues.

I order a YUKA 1000 and it arrived ahead of schedule and I was able to set up the system and start mapping and mowing within a 1-2 hours. After mowing 3 of my mapped areas, I realize one area with thick grass and more highly hilly areas, that I should have purchased the 4 wheel drive Luba 2. I contacted Customer Service and the agreed to let me return my now used YUKA, provide a shipping label (at their cost) and a full refund. I thought I made an expensive mistake in not ordering the Luba2 in the beginning, but Customer Service made my day and my Luba 2 should be arriving in the next week or two. Well done Mammotion.

Just completed the first mowing season with my Luba 2. It was an investment and there was a learning curve but it was well worth it. I love how much time it saves me on weekend lawn care. I can focus on other landscaping tasks that I used to put off because it took so long to mow. In the long term it is cheaper than hiring a lawn service and the end results are better.

I dealt with April after calling them Mammotion AU helpline.

April was extremely polite and efficient, sending me links to exactly what i required - even though these items were not visible on the parts website.

She took time to understand my enquiry and provided an easy to follow process.

Ps - my luba2 5000 is awesome and now i have comfort mammotion support matches the performance of tge machine.

I have been using the Luba 1 for more than a year now. I had several technical issues and the Customer support Team always responded withing Minutes. One issue was not solvabel via remote Support, so a technical person came to my home and fixed the Luba 1. I was not expecting this kind of support for a non-eu product. Five Starts for your support guys.

After using the Luba 2 for about 1.5 weeks now, I think it is amazing. I have 15 zones, over 4000 m2 being mowed in lots of challenging terrain. I really hope it ends up being durable and lasting for years. The accuracy after one-time mapping is incredible throughout my 5 acre property. Kudos to the folks building the product - I'm very impressed.
