Mammotion Yuka Mini 600
Hello, I purchased the robot on July 29, 2025. Model: Mammotion Yuka Mini 600. Visually, the robot is stunning and exceeded my expectations!
As for the installation (wires, station setup, etc.), everything went smoothly without any issues.
Problems began when setting up the mowing area. I have three separate areas, and initially, two of them were set up without major problems, but one area could not be set properly (the robot kept driving beyond the designated boundary).
After an online consultation with the Support Team, we concluded that the antenna was mounted too close to the wall of the building. I then moved the antenna and placed it on the roof. This solved the issue partially, improving the signal range, even though the antenna and charging station were quite far apart.
After further discussions with the Support Team, I sent logs, pictures, and mower settings, which helped them analyze the issue and implement necessary changes remotely.
After all of this, the robot mows the lawn perfectly. The grass is even and mowed daily. My garden is 100m². The shortest mowing time is about 40 minutes (on one charge), while a thorough mow takes 280 minutes + 3 recharges (around 6 hours of mowing). But as I mentioned, during this time, it mows each area twice, which gives excellent results, and I am very satisfied!

Luba 2 AWD - Prompt but frustrating support, have a working product though
I acquired a Luba 2 AWD and upon initial set-up would not connect to continue. I connected through the chat support feature in the app. The good was I was connected promptly. The bad was support was as much focused on knowing where I bought it from and having me upload my receipt even though the serial number should clear provide the manufacture date and that it wasn't previously initialized. Eventually I was able to connect and it became a charging issue. Again I connected through the app and went through the same set of questions, repeatedly. I was sent a link to a troubleshooting document that didn't exist. I was told it essentially consists of putting it on/taking it off the charging station several times. They chose to elevate the issue. However, after following some advice on reddit the mower began charging and has now completed its first mow cycle. Of note, tech support contacted me a couple of days later knowing the mower had charged itself, so there's that. The question is how much credit do I give to tech support vs reddit. Support was frustrating and didn't seem particularly helpful at the time, but I do have a working product now.
Luba is brilliant when works
Luba is brilliant when works. Everything is fine and a support teams is very responsive when you have any problem. You need just cut the grass every second day and you will be fine. And when you compare product with other this one you dont hear, you are hearing just grass cut :). I recommend this one. I have Luba 2X 3000 AWD

I love my Luba 2. I have had a great experience with it. It has kept my yard cut for two seasons now. There have been a few times it gave me trouble, as with any technology, but their support chat has always helped me out promptly.

Es kommen regelmäßig Update und der Support kann in der App kontaktiert werden und hilft sofort. Ich bin begeistert von Produkt und Servicequalität.
Der Mäher läuft seit März ohne Beanstandung. Die Einrichtung hat ca.30 Minuten gedauert, die App ist selbsterklärend.
