My Experience was great dealing with Mammotion! My YUKA 2000 has been a Fan Tastic Robot mower. I ran into an issue with a front wheel and Mammotion solved it within a few minutes! Great job Mammotion, You guys ROCK!

Bonjour, je suis ravi de mon robot Luba Lidar. Tout est très facile à configurer et à installer. La mise en œuvre ne pose aucun problème avec une application sur Android très conviviale. Les informations sont claires et précises et si de plus vous avez des questions, le support sav est très réactif. Le travail du robot est parfait sur mon terrain avec une configuration complexe (vallonnement et plusieurs zones). C'est merveilleux.

I bought the Luba 2 AWD 3000X model. Fast shipping, 4 days to receive the package.
The robot is very well packaged. Upon unpacking, there are instructions that make it very easy to assemble the few elements to complete the robot, bumper & vision head.
The mobile application is very well designed, very intuitive. Getting started is quick. Programming zones and tasks is also easy.
If needed, there is the application's chat bot, precise response, and if more "specific" request, response within half a day. In summary, I recommend Mammotion!

Excellent product, ongoing software updates bring improvements and bug fixes. However, reports of new features not being made available to owners of robots less than 1 year old is concerning. Hopefully the manufacturer reevaluates this decision and makes all updates and new features available to owners (at the very least) within the warranty period.

I love this robot, I live in town and have the mini. It is AWESOME. My yard always looks good and I never weed wack anymore. This thing has saved my marriage, I think! No more fighting about where clippings are thrown or if we need a mow. I just decide and turn it on. Love, love love this!

I LOVE my Luba 2 AWD 5000H lawn mower! I have a large lawn, about 1 acre, and been using my Luba for the last 2 summers. It’s an incredible stress reliever to know the lawn is mowed on a regular schedule while I’m at work. I also appreciate that it’s low maintenance and I can switch the blades myself. The mower does sometimes get stuck or loses signal on my wooded lot and needs to be manually moved/restarted. I look forward to the day I can do that remotely from the app.

We had positive quick contact from Mammotion staff as the chatbot system works well. They asked clear questions and gave concise answers to our queries. They didn’t hesitate to forward us onto the technicians who were able to resolve our issues quickly and as is the case nowadays, remotely. Great service
