I paid for express shipping and insurance, but the package never arrived. The management (Moti) promised priority handling but completely disappeared. Even the Better Business Bureau (BBB) closed my case as "unresolved" because the company ignored their inquiries. Stay away! Total lack of accountability and customer service.

חוויית שירות גרועה מאוד מחברת USHOPS. החבילה שלי (מספר 2384219) נקלטה אצלם כבר ב-27/01/2026. שילמתי סכום מלא של 280.29 ש"ח עבור השילוח, ולמרות זאת השירות פשוט מתחת לכל ביקורת.
​אי עמידה בזמנים: צפי האספקה המקורי היה עד היום, ה-19/02/2026. החבילה עדיין לא הגיעה ואין שום עדכון רלוונטי.
​התעלמות משירות הלקוחות: ניסיתי ליצור קשר מספר פעמים כדי לברר סטטוס לגבי החבילה (שמכילה תחפושת, פריט שהזמן לגביו קריטי!), ואין מענה אנושי או תשובות מקצועיות.
​חוסר שקיפות: למרות שהתשלום ועדכון הכתובת בוצעו כבר ב-28/01, נראה שהטיפול פשוט קפא.
​לא ממליץ לאף אחד להסתמך עליהם למשלוחים שחשוב לכם שיגיעו בזמן. שירות לקוחות שלא עונה וחוסר עמידה בהתחייבויות הם סיבה מספיק טובה להתרחק.

Received my 5 packages. Spoke to the manager at the storage who explained to me the situation the company got into due to covid and the wars which made things difficult for them to execute while dealing with a lot of hardships. He gave me all the attention and we spoke a lot. Wonderful manager with a wonderful crew. Happy to be informed that they're back on track and recovering fast to be again the best company in their field. Highly recommended

My package didnt arrive waiting for 4 months. Website down, no replies to emails and no way to contact them. On the news said they went bankrupt, they said they will start delivering the packadges but who knows when that will be.

Shipment never arrives. Customer service? Not exist, no answer. I've lost the merchandise they were supposed to send me & the cost of the shipment that they charged me.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!

FRAUD!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES DO NOT PAY ANYTHING THEY DISAPPEAR AND THEIR SITE WENT DOWN.

This company used to be excellent but this last time I used them, in Oct. 2024, they are terrible. Apparently, they have money issues or have gone bankrupt but they still take your money for a shipment that never arrives. I've contacted their customer service several times & no one gets back to me. So I've lost the merchandise I purchased that they were supposed to send to me & the cost of the shipment that they charged me for & I never received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

STAY AWAY! Horrible experience, really bad website, disgusting customer service.

longtime customer of this business - it is gone now. Waiting for my package for 3 months, not believe it will arrive. Customer support not answering, tracking numbers or item status do not reflect real situation.

Since taken over there is no one to talk to. Shipment ts promised in 3 weeks taken almost five months and not yet arrived. Constant lies as to shipping soon and will arrive shortly. Mostly no response. DON'T USE Them. Many good companies like dealtas. Only guess they charge for air transport then hold pacaage months till have enough to ship. Sent three packages, each worse than previous. Even when arrives in country take weeks without any tracking. Still waiting. This company should be closed down.

אין שירות לקוחות , מחירי משלוח גבוהיים מאוד , שלמתי על שמלה מיני , 56$ משלוח ! התקבלה במחסן אצלהם ב 8/7/24 , עד היום לא שלחו אותה ) ) 18 ימים .

WORST SERVICE I EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE AT ALL!!!!!! HUGE MISTAKE TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES! They Should get ZERO STARS but its not possible. They have competitors far better then them!!! Try this: Package arrived at their facilities on 9.42024. Package got to my door step on 24.7.2024....they can say whatever they want for these ridiculous delays, but I got tens of packages in these 3.5 months that it took them to deliver this package.

This is one of the worst concierge site. there are hidden costs, they have their Owen obligatory exchange rate, they never answer you on time .

This company accepts your goods in New Jersey and your credit card payments and steals all of it. The occasionally send an apologetic email, but shipments are not delivered. If you paid them recently by credit card, call the credit card fraud department and ask them to block the payment and refund you.

They don't answer questions, waiting two weeks. Their timing is unreliable. I have two packages and no idea if I will ever get them

Used to be good but now the shipping time is more than 3 months and for the last package they ripped me off on shipping weight so charged me 2 times as much and while trying to get hold of them to ask why the high price they also charged me for storage so this was the last time I ever use this GARBAGE companie

Don't trust a word they're saying. It will take over a month for your package to arrive (despite them claiming to deliver within 14-21 business days), they will notify you even once about the delays, and when you'll approach them regarding a compensation they'll take no responsibility over their failure to meet their own standards.

Website name used by scammers who claim to be French railways company SNCF. They try to debit your card. Beware.

Very poor customer support.
I couldn’t reach them more than a month.
And when they finally answered, I got a very bad treatment.
Would never use their service again.
