You can't reach them, they don't respond to you !!

You can't reach them, they don't respond to you , the items take 2-3 months to arrive and their owner sends a nice apologetic letter.

The packages don't arrive (its been more than a month). There is no customer service - phone/email/whatsapp are disconncted.

It took around 2 months for my iPhone15 to arrive from the US to Israel.. Needless to say it was faster to wait for the iPhone to arrive in the Israeli stores and buy it here 😡

Their customer service or the worst you will ever meet… and the excuse of “war days” does not cover when all the rest of deliveries I had from the companies were flawless

They don’t give you a phone to call to a representative… they closed their what’s app service… and they just use emails!! And it takes them 3-7 days to respond !

great service! Worked with them before, wasn't great and recently I guess they did some branding changes so worked really well for me

Bad service, very slow.
I ordered shoes, the charged me for 39$, instead of 20$.
Low level tricks, wont use them again.

i send medicine from Malaysia to holand and than to send to israel .in holland the parcell was send to the adress 3 times -nobody there . they left notes nobody use them
the phone number there is not connected and when i asked for telephone number to to schedule the arival
they said " no phone number" the parceel was send back to Malaysia
i told them its a medicine for cancer -and they didnt gave phone number

Don't even think to work with this company. Bunch of liars and thiefs.

אחרי שחודש שלם החבילה תקקועה במכס החברה סגרה את הווצאפ כדי להימנע מתשובות ללקוחות, למיילים בכלל לא מתייחסים, וכל מקום אחר חוסמים ומוחקים תגובות שמפרסמים פשוט לא להתקרב חברה עם שירות מזעזע ברמה אחרת!!!

Fraud - packages not arriving

Worst customer service I experienced in years.
They used to have a phone number, then switched to WhatsApp, and now shut it down because all the parcels are stuck for a month.
No one to talk to, PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Their customer service is beyond bad! It's not that easy to get in touch with them and when you do, their agent ignores you!
All I wanted was for them to fix the issue with my email cause I did not get any updates about my packages and all my requests are being ignored! They just don't give a f*** I guess.
The delivery service is super fast and very user friendly though..
