Utility Aid, checked all of our invoices and found that some were eligible for a lower rate of VAT - this has now been actioned and we are already seeing savings.

I have be dealing with Utility Aid for a number of years and they are amazing, I work very closely with Jodie Lee Cross who has always gone above and beyond what i would expect, whenever i have a problem with a supplier (we have had a lot over the years) I email Jodie and with a short time she will reply and get everything going to get it sorted. Also when I need new contracts (3 yearly) Utility Aid have always got me fantastic deals with no hassle or hard work from my side. i had a problem yesterday emailed Jodie in the afternoon and the team at utility aid are on it 9am this morning. can't ask for more that that. :)

Fantastic service from start to finish, Jodie-Lee was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and has led us to having monthly invoices of £568, reduced significantly to £123 with a new supplier. A seamless transition and would highly recommend.

Utility Aid has helped our church find really good quotes for our energy supplies. As a real plus they also check at no cost to us the invoices from suppliers and have recently managed to obtain a refund for overcharged invoices.

Over a very long period of almost two years, Utility Aid has helped us with difficulties with Scottish Power, including a wrong address which prevented us leaving an expensive contract with them. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty in sorting out issues (including with Royal Mail over postcodes) and have always kept us informed and up-to-date.
