Utility Aids resilience resulted in a positive outcome for the Parish Council

Utility Aid assisted in identifying a VAT overcharge refund from one of our utility suppliers. We were informed throughout each stage of the process until a resolution was reached. Acknowledgment is given to Paige for all her efforts.

Fantastic Service

Sian at Utility-Aid was persistent in ensuring that we received a suitable outcome to an open query we had with out supplier. We were kept in the loop throughout and happy with the desired outcome.

Professional and reliable service

Your agent, Kinga, was a great source of support and advice during a very difficult 8-month exercise to have a new electricity smart meter installed. The various companies involved were difficult to deal with, including aborted visits, poor communications and sometimes incompetent personnel. I would have given up were it not for Kinga's prompt and helpful interventions whenever required. I should add that when she was out of the office, a colleague stepped in to help and were also very supportive.
Overall, I have been very impressed and pleased by Utility Aid's professionalism in ultimately helping me to bring this saga to a successful conclusion.

Excellent service from adviser Hayley

Excellent service from our adviser Hayley Oldfield - very supportive and understanding of our needs. The process was easy and with savings of over 50% on our gas and electricity compared to our current provider, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Utility Aid to anyone thinking of switching.

Matter resolved with professional and timely action.

Yolande picked up our issue very quickly, responded to it accurately and sorted it out speedily, with the minimum of effort on our part. Yolande dealt with the process all the way through, which freed us up to concentrate on our Charitable activities.

A genuinely first-class service.

We have worked with Utility Aid over a number of years and have always found the supporting, guidance and information to be first-class ... particularly our Adviser, Nathan Jones. If we've ever needed to switch provider then the process has been smooth & (generally) painless because of Utility Aid's expertise in such matters and the pricing offered to us has been extremely competitive. Very helpful in solving our problem with SSE

As a small independent charity we were poorly equipped to negotiate with SSE over a smart meter & contract issue.

Utility Aid representatives work for us to get the smart meter installed, obtain a better contract (saving us about £1,000 pa) and organised a refund for us for the inconvenience caused!

Clear tariff comparisons and great service

Utility aid have been great at supporting our Scout Group to get the best gas and electricity tariffs and have also monitored our tariffs and been successful at claiming money back from the supplier when we have been overcharged. Very grateful for their support.

Highly recommend

Utility Aid have been a huge help to us for many years now. Paige and Michael have helped us get a great deal on our utility bills and claim back a VAT overcharge. They are always super quick to reply and keep in touch with regular updates. Support for correcting electricity over charging.

They supported us in contacting our electricity supplier after my direct emails had gone unanswered. In response to Utility Aid contacting them, the supplier eventually amended the erroneous readings and credited our bill. As a voluntary organisation, we would not have had time to pursue the case so easily.

Utility Aid - Excellent Service

Utility Aid Support staff (Kinga) provided excellent customer service during a period where SSE were re-billing our charity for errors on the SSE systems.

Kinga remained in regular contact until the issues were resolved.
