Cant emphasize enough how good this company is, and dealing with Paige has been brilliant.
Paige and her team have checked if I was being over charged by my energy company (I know, who'd of believed an energy company could accidentally over charge you by near £1000!) Anyway within a few weeks they have got me a full refund. Absolutely brilliant work!

Recommendation from a small charity
Dealing with energy suppliers directly has been a source of so much frustration, and as a small charity we simply don't have the manpower or expertise to deal with them or understand how the energy market works, but Utility Aid have taken on that task on our behalf and made everything so much simpler. I would definitely recommend them for other organisations in a similar position.

Fantastic help
Kinga and the rest of the team at Utility aid have been really efficient in helping us sort out various different issues with SSE. Some of the problems we were experiencing were quite complicated and took up a lot of admin time. Utility Aid has a better knowledge and contacts they can use in order to communicate with energy suppliers so they achieve better and quicker results than ordinary businesses. The staff was very polite and upbeat. We are very grateful for their invaluable help.

First class and comprehensive audit to assist a Capital Bid
Ruaire provided us with a comprehensive energy audit as part of plan to submit a DCMS Energy Efficiency Scheme Capital Grant application. The level of detail provided meant we could support our grant application industry standard recommendations and we were successful in obtaining over £57,000 to introduce the recommended energy efficiency measures. As a small charity we are delighted with the outcome which would not have been possible without the audit provided by Ruaire.

Help with getting smart meter replaced
We had been having problems with our electricity provider ignoring the meter readings I gave so that our bills were never accurate. Utility Aid pushed the electricity provider to change our old smart meter which they said they could not read for a new one (which they had refused to do when I requested that directly myself). Utility Aid got it all organised for me. Our bills should be accurate from now on.

Approached UA after another broker tried to pressure us into signing a bad deal that would have harmed our organisation.
Nathan Jones, our account Senior Energy Specialist, was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful right from the start in helping us secure a much better, consolidated supplier deal that was much closer to market projections. Commissions were transparent and gave clear estimates to help us budget these large operational costs.

We have been with Utility Aid for several years now and have always found them courteous, professional and very good at following up issues with our energy supplier, especially when we had a late transfer to a new supplier and were being charged a much higher price by the old supplier. Utility Aid pursued the case over several months and gained substantial compensation as a result, thanks to the persistence of the Validation team.
