Honestly they are Gorgeous!
Honestly, delivery takes a bit, so be patient it’s worth it. I absolutely love my bracelets. I loved them so much, I ordered a second set for my daughter and she has received so many compliments at work. The quality is great and I have been wearing them daily and don’t take them off. I do shower with them as I wanted to test out if they would tarnish. I can happily say they look great. I am not easy on my jewelry and I do chores on the barn and they have sustained the work. Very durable and just gorgeous.

Package not Received
I only wished I had read some of the reviews before ordering from this company. I never received what I ordered and was referred to the courier, which was the USPS. Needless to say I still have not received the package and it’s nearing several weeks. Don’t see the point of the insurance since ValerieMason is not trying to give refund. I will never order anything from this company in the future.

I always check the clasp first
The clasp is the part I always check first because that's where cheap jewelry gives itself away. It's usually stiff or it feels like it's gonna snap. This one just goes click. Sorry. That's satisfying to me.

Company is not honorable and does not honor their word or product quality
I submitted a complaint and was told to send a email to an another contact to make sure my issue from my previous concern was addressed and it still has been no contact. The reply from the company was bogus to make it look like they’re trying to help when even after reaching out via the other email per their request. There’s still no communication, reply or resolve . This is will be getting reported to the BBB and filing a legal suit. It’s ridiculous it even has to go this route

Beware of Valerie Mason - Delayed, Delivered but Not Delivered
Received repeated messages about the shipment being delayed. Finally received a message stating that it was delivered. I order online constantly and seems like this is the only ever "confirmed" delivery that I did not actually receive. I would NOT advise shopping with this brand! Very shady. At least if you purchase thru the TikTok shop and you don't receive your costume jewelry, TikTok with give you a credit.

So first thing, no weird smell. That sounds so specific but if you've bought cheap jewelry you know exactly what I mean. That metallic chemical smell. Nothing. It just smells like nothing, which is what jewelry should smell like.

Bangle bracelets will not open, do not buy from them customer service is of no use
I received a buy one get one free offer that consisted of 7 bracelets. 5 of the bracelets were bangle bracelets that do not open. I contacted customer service several times, and even sent them a video of a bracelet not opening. they won't take the bracelets back for a refund without me paying for shipping. I refuse to pay to return defective products. They also won't send replacements for the defective bracelets. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought one of their “higher end” bracelet stacks, they were so cheap. One tarnished to almost black within two weeks the other three closures were so flimsy they keep opening to the point of me losing two of them. After spending literally weeks going back and forth with customer service providing proof via photos and videos they declined to remedy the situation. Poor quality and poor customer service. Really awful experience. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND
