Paid for 1-2 day shipping on Dec 25th
Paid for 1-2 day shipping on Dec 25th. It is now January 4th and my package is being held by Royal Mail because not enough postage was paid. I understand the holiday season but that’s still 8 working days and then to screw up the postage on top of it is a joke.
Had 5 items missing from my order
Had 5 items missing from my order. Have emailed them about this and after 1 reply back from them haven’t heard anything since. Tried ringing but the number on the website doesn’t work.

This is a good company and best price
As much as I wasn't happy with how long it took for the vapes to come I was happy with the customer service. After leaving my review the company phoned me and refunded me the charge from royal mail and apologized.
They are a good company but it was a shame this happened to me as I purchased so many times from them.
I'm sure this doesn't always happen.
*Another update*
So the parcel was from vape big. That's why the parcel took so long to come. I've paid the charge as just was finally happy to get them.
I have cancelled the charge back on my bank as they have now been received. But I will no longer purchase from them
*UPDATE*
The company called me the following day after leaving my review and had said that the item must have been lost in transit so they would send me out another lot which would arrive on Friday 27th December......still nothing...... I had a card through the door today Monday 30th December with no details of sender but it states that I have an item that the sender has not paid the full postage for which I have had to pay a fee of £4.80. I don't know whether this is the vapes and won't know until Thursday, but if it is they haven't paid the postage cost so I've had too.
I have now escalated this with my bank provider

This is a good company and best price, however they are very slow with posting especially if you are placing a larger order. I placed an order on the 10th December. We are now the 23rd of December and still not received....I checked the tracking and they only sent it on the 16th! 6 days after I had made the order.
If your looking for a faster service and shipping I would go elsewhere. But if your not then they are pretty good
I have ordered from them for the past year but I'm going to start ordering from my old place as they take so long. I have had a couple of errors with my items too in the past which they did rectify so not the same as other experiences.
I will update if any issues arise when my order does eventually arrive. Hoping there won't be.
A few vapes I have had have been faulty but never contacted them regarding this as I've always purchased in bulk so the time would have passed.

I emailed regarding a problem ie, not being able to get a draw & no flavour at all. I recieved a reply asking for photos/videos of the fault? Explained there is no visible fault to send. Asked for a refund so that I can re order but my emails were ignored.

Scam company, website is riddled with errors.
I would avoid this place, placed an order online for items, different ones were received, so I checked the website for the returns address, and sent these back at my own cost. The delivery was signed for, heard nothing so contacted the help email, and the person said, ‘oops you’ve sent it to the old address. We haven’t bothered updating that on the website, just like we didn’t bother updating no longer stocked items’
Who would leave an old address on your website for returns though, absolute idiocy.
“I’ll try and get the package from the old address”. Never heard anything back so basically lost the whole amount plus my postage costs for return.
Avoid, I’ll be raising this to be looked into as fraud through the bank.
