Ordered from VapeCiga and received nothing, weeks later no response from anyone, their website doesn't really let you chat with anyone. Total scam. I've done a chargeback.

I made a purchase online. 10 days later, I contacted them because I didn’t receive a shipping email. they then answered back saying they cancelled the order because it sold out. They didn’t refund the money! This is a scam! Beware! I have contacted visa and started a claim!

Great price. Delivery took a while but received well packaged. No problems

They are great but there are a few flaws people should know about before buying. I was told it would take 5-15 days to receive my package but in reality it took 22 days. Also, my tracking number got changed so it showed my package as delivered yet it wasn't here. The whole cite seemd a little sus, and once I asked for a refund I was ignored. It finally got here and I was happy with the idem itself. Looks brand new. I haven't tried it out yet but it does work. Overall the experience wasn't the best but in the end I got my package and what I paid for.

I ordered a Vape and cartridges on this site. They wrote me an Email and said it was unfortunately not available and offered alternative options. I told them I would like a refund, since I wanted this particular vape. They apologized and immediately sent the money back in full. In my experience they are very polite legit. If your order takes a long time to arrive, then that is probably because this retailer is from China and delivery can take very long, especially during covid, also keep in mind you might have to pay a customs fee. They do offer very good prices.

I ordered a mod with vapeciga was slightly concerned as not a UK company and I've never used them before. After doing some research I was confident enough to place the order which I did, following day I received an email to say the product was out of stock and was offered an alternative, I kindly refused but was happy to wait longer, they responded saying the product will come in stock on the 10th of December unfortunately I wasn't willing to wait that long, so I asked them to confirm if the item would be delivered to my by then or if they were going to get it in stock then? The following day they apologised for the inconvenience told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it to me by then and refunded my money, the money arrived in my account two days later with and extra £1.46 I'm assuming due to the exchange rate. The point of this review is even though I didn't get my product, the company maintained contact and as soon as they realised they weren't able to fulfil my request they refunded me my money. Thank you for your help and providing me with a service that made me feel safe, I will definitely consider you company in the future.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. This is not a good place to purchase from. I should have done review search before I entered account info for a purchase. But I didn’t. I received text saying two of the three flavors I ordered was out of stock and asking if I would change flavors. I told them no I just wanted to cancel and get a refund I argued through text for 30 minutes fighting for my refund and then saying it’ll be back in stock in couple day and then next message was oh it’s back In stock and the whole time I told them I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. I finally receiving notice I’d receive refund in 5 business days. I told them thank you. An hour later I received notification my order had shipped I have emailed and texted the number and the email I received notification from and not received anything back. I’m very upset and I will be contacting my bank first thing in morning.

I placed an order and paid with PayPal. Shortly after I received an email with a request to pay via PayPal. Since I had already paid through the website, I was confused as to why I was getting a payment request. I emailed the company and was told they are having a lot of problems with receiving payments and was asked to send payment to an PayPal account they provided in the email. I followed up the next day to confirm they received payment. I was then told the PayPal account they previously provided has been "stopped by the system." Another PayPal account was provided and they asked me to send payment to it. I refuse to do so and requested that they cancel my order. I'm waiting for a response. This is not very professional and is very concerning.

This place is a scam website. They advertise in stock items, only when you purchase them they send you a message that it will be 3 to 4 weeks until they replenish their stock. Come to find out, they never had it. It took almost a week for a refund but I did get it. This place only wants to get your money and tie it up for as long as they can. Save yourself a series of headaches and stay away from these cheats, they suck!

Don't be fooled by the positive in-house reviews. Look for the patterns of short text, poor English, lack of details and use of blanket terms so you don't get scammed.

Put in an order 2 weeks ago. Paid a small fortune for priority shipping because I saw a ton of negative reviews saying their product never ships.

Guess what? My order never shipped.

They give you a tracking link that literally never gets updated and says the package claims to have been sitting in Los Angeles for the last 2 weeks.

Attempted to contact customer support to request a cancellation or refund, but that didn't get far either. Despite multiple attempts, I've been repeatedly met with canned responses, apologies, and requests to "wait a little longer" despite explicitly stating that I will not continue to wait.

The scam is they attempt to stall you past the 60 day Bank dispute limit. After that, you'll no longer be able to dispute the scam transaction with your Bank, so they get to keep you $ without having to send you anything. Think how dumb you'll be feeling then.

Already put in the dispute with my Bank since they're still stalling and refusing to cancel or refund my order.

Protect yourself people, don't get scammed.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They say they have a us warehouse this is BS . It's been three weeks and nothing . The fact tracking has said my order is in La for 12 days . A usual order takes two days to get here from La . No replys to my multiple emails . Don't buy from these crooks. Never again if I knew it was in china I would have never thought about it , china is ripping off everyone... ... ... Boycott

It's been two weeks since I've placed my order and it still hasn't been shipped. I've also sent five e mails in regards to my order and no response at all. The most pathetic customer service I've experienced. This is a fake website to rip you off and scam everyone for their money that places an order through so called Vapeciga. All these fake positive reviews are people who are involved with this scam and others who have been paid to spam these reviews.
Lucky enough, my banking institution will refund the money back to me for this fraudulent charge. Stay away and don't get scammed!

Shipping had some kirks and it took a bit of time to arrive here but the product I ordered is flawless. I can recommand this RTA and the site as well.

Not to happy with this place because I had no idea before I made my purchase that they were located in China. I thought that it was based out of the USA because of their higher prices so I placed my order thinking I'd be getting it right away. But that wasn't the case. I purchase from Chinese sites all the time but I know where they're at when I'm doing it. Honestly I would of chosen my go to China site because the prices are lower and shipping fairly fast. I felt like I was duped when I made my purchase. A little transparency would be appreciated.

I are very pleased, buying product from vapeciga.
I have brought quite a lot of vape gear off them.
I haven't had any problems at all. Everything I have ordered has arrived at my door.

Ordered a novo 2 from them, I didn’t know what to expect from all the bad reviews but everything came as it should, brand new novo, the right color. Shipped the same day I ordered it and came in about a week. Even came earlier than it’s supposed date. Will definitely order from again

Took a little bit longer than expected to ship, but understandable during these times. However got my product shipped and it was exactly what I ordered. Just ordered again. Highly recommend. Cheap and affordable. Most of the other reviews are people who just don't like the wait time, but trust me its worth it. Also had some questions and their customer support was on par and they were able to answer my question immediately.
