Delivery was a bit slow. They shipped it to the the US immediately, but the package was held up in Los Angeles for two weeks. That's not the seller's fault.

I was really rattled after reading all the reviews on this place after I placed an order. Got myself all worked up and started sending accurate messages thinking I was going to get ripped off end a few days later I got my package in the mail I have never seen anything come so fast from China. I did pay the extra dollar for the next step up and shipping but the days were about the same it said said nine the 30 days or something like that and a few days later I got a package from another place I order from in China. They are shipping them out fast

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero! I ordered on 1/17/2021. It’s now 2/6/2021. I never received an email stating my order would be late, I had to email myself and inquire about my order ! They responded and said sorry it’ll be shipped next Tuesday. That was this last Tuesday. I’ve emailed and they won’t even email me back ! And the crap it already paid for ! So I don’t get my order or my money ! You will get ripped off if you order from this company !

Im glad i didnt order from them but ive been here a hundred times and asked a couple questions and in 2020 they were great but in 2021 these shops in China seem to be taking your order n payment and not shipping your order or so some reviws say..its the 2nd china based shop today i read the same thing about..Customer service should be first, especialky to those who have paid..id trust the UK first if im going to have an order shipped to usa..it says they have usa warehouse but why arent they getting back to people?

Honestly I did not buy from them, but why I give them 1 Star?
They copied my content to their website without my credit. It is a product review, they copied every word and changed the links only! OK, nevermind.
But they even ignored my email and still kept the copied content.
WHAT A SHXT SITE! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Never buy from this company, I placed an order at Vapeciga and it took less than 10 seconds for the bank to call explaining the credit card is in risk of being hacked. And there is no cancel button once you place the order they send it. When I emailed to send item back they made an excuse saying give it to a friend” such liars. After I reported and requested to no longer receive emails they complained about them not being a scam and im just being petty.

If you don’t want your card being hacked and can’t deal with excuses try another company.

Avoid them at any cost. Received a defective vape mod and they avoid at all cost to take it back. Only think left is to contact card bank and go from there but vapeciga is a nightmare avoid them at all costs

Greetings .. Every shopper is looking for quality, responsive customer service and fast shipping .. All you find in this store .. I have shopped in several stores during the past years .. But I did not find better than this store .. It is a fact without the slightest compliment. Seller was very helpful and patient to my question..thank you very much heart

It was all perfect. The shipment arrived in 2 different boxes because it was a lot of merchandise and I did not miss anything. They even sent some gifts. Without thinking twice I would buy again. ZIYIN is the BEST He took care of me perfect and very attentive

The costumer service is good, the shipping was horrible because of pandemic,2 months before i received my order in ph,but it is in good condition

I have placed 5 orders from Australia with Vapeciga since 2019 and every order has been delivered in great condition. You can pay with paypal for added reassurance.
Also have had very good service from the customer support. I usually use Aliexpress but too many stock and delivery problems lately. I use Vapeciga now and recommend it to everyone AAA+++

I've ordered with them and had no problems whatsoever. (And I got a great deal). I don't know if I got lucky, or if people only typically go to this site when there's a problem, which is definitely the case for myself. And therefore, since I just ended up here from this showing up totally randomly when I searched Vape Ciga, I thought that I should write to say this. I hope it helps.

Horrible company. Terrible service. They actually LIED to me several times. What an awful experience. Purchase never did get resolved, and they took my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I ordered back in June and still never received my order. Numerous emails to them- NO SATISFACTION. Filed a complaint with credit card company. I should have checked reviews 1st

This site is not a scam I’ve been using these for ages and they have always sorted out any problems I’ve had . They are a little slow at the moment but that the post because of Covid not them. Customer service 2nd to none. Thanks A+ 100% accurate feedback from me. But are you all aware that trust pilot is not recognised by the police as a trusted site fact!!

Fake products. Bought aspire avp pro device and set of coils. All of them are fake and dangerous to use!

Bought some Relx Pods from them back in early June since Relx stopped shipping their pods to United States since May of 2020. To this day I haven't received my package and have emailed multiple times for a refund. They provide a tracking link to a Package Tracking Website but what do I expect. The tracking website is also a SCAM website. They "provide" a tracking for a NON-EXISTENT package.

DO NOT buy from this site!!!!!

I still have not received my package yet, it’s been 4 months now and you keep giving me false shipping info in which it does not exist or states unknown. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND REFUND MY ACCOUNT NOW! I’m NOT going to wait till it gets here to send back some imaginary package to you. YOU lost if somewhere in transit. So stop explaining to me it will get here, REFUND my account. Also I’m tired of waiting for your reply, give me your customer service number as well.
