BUY FROM CHINA- WASTE YOUR MONEY

Made an order with Vapeciga in February and to date have not received it. I requested a refund several times from them and the responses I receive always tell me to wait a little longer and then wait some more. The latest email tells me that they cannot issue me a refund without my returning the product. Seriously? How can I return something that has never been delivered? That is the entire problem! Whatever you do, do NOT place an order with Vapeciga.

I ordered two vape mods from Vapeciga in 4/20/20 because they showed both mods in stock. Come to find out one of them wasn't. It took 30 days for the logistics order to be placed. Now another 30 days later, the shipment hasn't left China. Which is another thing that pisses me off. I'll knowingly ordered stuff from China but in this case every indication from the website led me to believe this was coming from a US warehouse. I'll quit vaping if I'm ever left having to order from these guys again.

Site is a scam. Ordered on April 24th still don’t have the product. They just give you the run around a few more days. Then the card I used to purchase the product was compromised. These crooks will be caught and get what they have coming to them.

Scam! Ordered an RTA and paid extra for faster shipping. Took forever to ship and then after a month I recieved 5 like arm covers for a chair. Made out of cheap Chinese material in cheap plastic bags. I would have rather recieved nothing. Stay away from this place. I wish I would have googled them before I made the purchase and now I'm out 50 bucks.

I ordered a mod and a clearomizer April 19&21, 2020. Never heard about the clearomizer, but received an email from the company, May 26,2020, stating that the mod had been returned to them, AGAIN, as the past office must think there is a battery in it. I cancelled both orders May 27, 2020. I was told I would get my refund in 5-7 business days as there was something wrong with their PayPal. We are now in June and I had to go through PayPal to obtain my refund. Do NOT go through this company!!

I ordered a Freemax tank April 28th. Still haven't received it and company won't reply!! This company sucks!!! Item still shows in China since May 24th!!

They are trash... I’m still waiting on my package and it’s been over 35 days and it shows it’s still in the same spot and when I contact them they say wait a couple more days and still nothing.. they keep lieing... they said they was going to send 2 mods for all the trouble and then they tell me they only sent one but I still haven’t got it... go to somebody else

Very very suck service and Scam. I order from them since April,05 until now I haven’t received my packages. If you emailed to them, they would answer you back around 3-4 days. Terrible!!

It's a classic phrase for unsatisfied customers, but I am legitimately claiming that I would give 0 stars if I could. Anyone who gave 5 star reviews are clearly either Vapeciga employees, or they were paid to spam positive reviews. DON'T GET SCAMMED!

Here's the situation. I put in an order online on May 8, 2020. I ordered about $300 of vape pods from them. Following my order, I received an automated email thanking me for my purchase. I found it odd at first that I never received a "order created" page, and a tracking number was also not provided.

So, like any other customer, I proceeded to wait... wait... and I waited some more. About a week after I submitted my order, it started getting suspicious that I still haven't received a tracking yet so I proceeded to contact Vapeciga customer support. It took about 3 days for them to respond, and they claimed that the flavor of pods I ordered was out of stock, and asked if I was willing to change my flavor. I gave them permission to change the flavor, and once again began with the waiting game.

Another week passed, still no response, still no tracking, so I contacted them again. I submitted a ticket on a Tuesday, they responded on Friday saying that they don't respond to customers because it is the weekend. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? They waited through the whole week and sent me an email on Friday night saying that they can't help me because customer support agents don't work on the weekend.

Keep in mind, it has already been weeks since I put in my order. I contacted them again on the following Monday, and they proceeded to ignore my support tickets. Since I was being ignored, I kept submitting support tickets on a daily basis in hopes for a response. Eventually, they sent me a random tracking number linked to a Chinese tracking page. On this website, the order was created but never shipped out.

I once again contacted customer support but from there on out, they never responded. I asked them to ship out my product or provide me with a refund, but they responded with an automated canned response asking if I wanted to change my flavors again.

It's been almost 2 months since I initially put in my order and they still refuse to respond to my support tickets. They will NOT refund you, they will simply continue to ask if you want to change flavors. When you submit a support ticket for a refund, prepare to be ignored.

I've purchased products from some shady websites in my day, but this has got to be the worst experience thus far. At the end of the day, I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction as this website is clearly a scam. DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH! DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! DON'T GET SCAMMED!

Guys this site was a total spam. I cancel my order because it didn’t came in the exact date and was gonna take about 2-3weeks to be ship which is suck because I already wait like 3weeks. They gave me an option to refund so I did. They said “We have offered you a full refund for your order #10271, it will take about 7-15 business days for you to get the money back.” It’s almost about a month and 2 weeks from now and I didn’t get a refund. My order was $100+ please don’t waste your time in this guys. At first they’ve been very accommodating but if you email them for your refund for them it won’t matter anymore.

*** 0 STARS **** Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. I choose to message them telling them to just cancel my order. I stated very firmly in 5 different emails. They kept emailing back asking if I could “just wait a little longer”. I proceeded to tell them no each time. Coming to find out that they didn’t even have over half my order in stock. Asked if I wanted anything different instead, I state I want a full refund again. Instead, they decided to ship out the 1 out of 3 items that I bought. Completely disregarding what I had asked for them to do. Since they are out of the 2 other items and I asked for nothing in return, I guess that I will never see that money. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. SITE. Unless you want terrible customer service, waste your money on nothing, 2 month shipping and fake products.

I will continue to make sure no one makes my same mistake. All other reviews on the sites are FAKE REVIEWS.

They state they have a return policy but they have 0 refund or return policy.

Seriously you might as well go drive down the street and throw your money out the window. That would be more helpful.

ALSO when I went to place a review on the site, my access was denied. They blocked my comment.

Vapeciga is trustworthy handling preorders. I had never pre-ordered anything and they were able to correct a mistake for me. This is not 1st time I made mistake but 1st time company went and fixed it
I found the website to be pleasantly transparent in their catalogue. Authentic versus clone, etc
Also they offer free shipping for most orders over a certain price, which was actually quite low.

I am pleased to have found Vapeciga.com and to recommend you give them a chance to win over your business too .
