After tragically losing my dream car i went in search of something similar. I found the same car in the colour I've always wanted at the Vehicle Approval Centre and reached out as soon as I saw it. Within 24 hours i was reached out to by Rodney Spencer who put the wheels in motion to get me this car. He was very informative and helpful as well as keeping me updated along the way. He made the whole process go so easy and did what he could to get me the best deal. Less than a week later my car was delivered and i couldn't be happier. So i want to thank not only the Vehicle Approval Centre but most importantly thank Rodney Spencer for making everything as simple and fast for me as well as doing whatever he could to make sure i got my car.

He got me the car, like one review, said the car of their dreams while I'm looking at marriage in the driveway. My wife, my family love it and for an excellent price. You cannot beat this. So you want a beautiful vehicle, and you want to get approved ASAP call. Rodney, that you can be truthful on what I'm saying. I absolutely love the service if I start. As a senior, business issues can be taxing at times. Dealing with Ellie was pleasant, unhurried, calming. She got me a super vehicle. Luke delivered it, and he and I hit it off like we were old friends. That's what all interactions should feel like, start to finish. I give VAC the highest rating possible. I would not hesitate to recommend these people to anyone.

My experience was really great because buying a car for me was quite scary and I was uncertain of a lot of details with cars and this team especially Rodney was amazing and ease my mind and actually found me the car that I wanted with just a few details that I could give and they went above and beyond very quickly and I didn't feel any stress at all throughout this whole experience. Bought a 2018 Mazda 3 from this dealer and the bumper came damaged and when I questioned them about it I was told where to go and that I'm on my own. The car has very low mileage and I only bought it approximately 2 months ago and now they won't do a thing for me. Please beware of these guys they are scammers. They also got me a loan through this bank that likes to take extra money and not reimburse you or put it on the loan. If your in the market for a vehicle go somewhere other than vehicle approval center.
