Absolutely the worst experience with buying a vehicle. I’ve had issues from the start. And now that I have the vehicle I can’t even get a response about a MAJOR issue with the car. I’ve been dealing with this for a YEAR and nobody will call back.

Rodney was super to work with. I am very happy with my new SUV. He got er done very quick. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family for sure.

Bought my 2021 Nissan Kicks from Rodney at VAC. Being a senior I was a little nervous about the process of buying a vehicle over the phone but he put me at ease He had me approved within a short period and not sitting at a dealership for hrs. Car was delivered to my door in a couple of days and came with winter tires. Would highly recommend VAC to anyone looking for vehicle

Worked here for *almost* three months. They fired me after I brought up some safety issues. I never had one complaint about my work, and was told that fixing the electrical issues was not in the budget.

There are many 5 star reviews on here, but pay close attention to the one and two star reviews, because they are the truthful reviews and paint a more accurate picture of this place.

The vehicles are mostly Enterprise rental cars, and don’t trust the inspection sticker! They do the very least possible to get the cars off to Newfoundland. Not a reputable company for such a large purchase, and NOT the saints they profess to be. The staff turnover here is insane.

I have nothing but the best to say about Liam .. he was an amazing sales person .. answered all my questions went above and beyond .. and took take of any of my needs .. he is truly great at what he does .. highly recommend.. thank you so much. Liam !!

I have been looking for a car for weeks! And I kept running into issues because I’m self employed, and if that wasn’t an issue it was my poor credit that created the issue.
Jordan and his team did an amazing job getting all the info right away that was necessary and was able to get me into a spectacular new to me car that looks and rides like it is fresh off the lot!

This car is amazing, my experience was amazing, and their timing was impressive!

Do not buy from this company. They quoted me a monthly price and exact date my payments would come out each month. I called the finance company to make sure they would be coming out on this day every month and no arrangements were ever made by this company. Also, they quoted me at a biweekly price but told me it was monthly. So it is $75 more a month. I bought the car two weeks ago and still don't have my ownership papers so can't change my plate over. And they wanted to do a 10 pm drop off of the car. A black car. No accountability and really not truthful dealership. Go anywhere else but here.

Very helpful and super easy experience

I dealt with VAC in order to purchase my very first vehicle!! The service was absolutely amazing!!! I put in an application one day,they worked so hard that the very same day I got approve, and two days later my beautiful 2020 Hyundai kona was in my driveway!!

So that you understand how good a manager Amanda is - I have my own personal car and I just wanted to understand how much a new car for me would cost. And a day later this new car is parked in a parking lot near my house. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

The company went above and beyond to help there were a few mistakes made and when we brought them up Harrisson got right on the situation and fixed everything he gave me peace of mind know that even the least little thing I needed to know he made sure I got the answers I needed and explained everything and made sure I understood it all. Between the phone calls the emails and even after I had the car the still kept checking in to make sure we were happy.

The process was quick, they helped me find the best suited car for my budget with ease. Highly recommend. Even the process of getting the car to me in Newfoundland was fast and straight to my door with a full tank of gas.

I haven't had a better experience from anybody else besides these guys at VAC, they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, so much so that I had a small problem with the vehicle when I first got It. They took the time to talk to me, diagnose the problem and further more help me get it on the road again! Now that don't happen often with most dealerships, these guys are amazing hands down. I wouldn't recommend anybody else besides VAC, they sure made my day. And the customer service is top tier, they are easy to talk to, they understand everything your trying to say without confusion, it's like talking to your parents on a bad day, you'll always leave with a smile on your face. Hands down the best company I've ever dealt with.

I'm blown away by how fast, reliable, knowledgable and communicative Brandon was while getting me into a new ride. This guy was an absolute rock-star the entire process (which was mind-boggling fast), and I couldn't be happier - truly. I applied. Got approved. Picked a car. And got it delivered. I started the process on Wednesday and by Friday after supper, my new Jeep was conveniently delivered with friendly faces and a quick exchange of handshake to hand-over of the keys. Beauty service all around. Safe to say I have now found my new home when it comes to getting into a new vehicle. And will definitely be recommending to anybody I know in search of new wheels.
