We'll see what happens in the future with the issues that I have. The car arrived with a lot of paint damage that I fixed myself but not professional... didn't know that the car had damage until I started doing paint repair ..very disappointed ..I did complain to dealership but got nowhere with it .

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I'm so happy it was an incredible one because of VAC! Through struggle after struggle, I could never justify getting a new car but when my old beater car decided to essentially write itself off, I knew it was time to get something safe and reliable for our family. I am so in awe at how smoothly the whole process went – I was approved, picked out the car I wanted, and it was delivered straight to my door, all in the same week! 3 days to be exact! My sales guy, Mason, worked tirelessly to get me the best rates to keep it within my budget while also being everything I needed in a vehicle. Highly recommend VAC if anyone is thinking of upgrading!

We bought our first vehicle through VAC and no issues! We got our second through CarEvo and one of the worst experiences in my life. My husband and I then traded the two vehicles in for an SUV through VAC and nothing but a wonderful experience. Very helpful in finding the best option for you car wise, financially, and if there is anything wrong they will make things right and fast. The drivers who came to drop off the car and pick up the trade ins were also best kind! You guys definitely make CarEvo look like trash in comparison. I will definitely be dealing with VAC from now on. You guys are appreciated, thank you! Highly recommend!!

THE WORST kind of dealership you can find
THE WORST kind of dealership you can find. First they mentioned the price of a toyota camry was 29k and I offered 27k but didn’t work. Then I was offering 28k and they came up with the ultimate scam by saying that they will only sell it for 28k if I take 4k worth warranties making it a total of 32k because the price they asked first was not it and won’t be profitable and then I said I will pay the full 29k with no warranties but they still didn’t agree. I offered 30k (1k over what they asked for the car with no warranties) and they literally said that “either you take the warranty or not we will have to charge 33k” (again 1k over what they mentioned the second time!!!). They told me this when I said that it’s completely upto the customer if they want the warranty or not. There is a reason why they don’t mention their prices on the website just so they can get people interested and invest their times and some people might end up getting it even after they do something like this as they have already been so invested in the car. Preying on people after sensing their interest. So SHADY! LONG STORY SHORT they went from 29k to 33k within a day and had shamelessly argued when they were clearly at fault for changing THEIR asking price. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. All the negative ratings about these guys are a 100% true.
