Recently ordered luxury carpet mat for a new Fiat Ducato based camper. There was a minor issue due to a change in floor plan of the van. A new mat was quickly fabricated and dispatched with no fuss. Outstanding customer service. The mat itself fits perfectly and is of a very high quality. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you to Chris and the team.

Fantastic from start to finish..

I needed a new boot mat so i could stick my velcro organiser into the boot of a new car that it wouldn't stick to. After initially purchasing a medium quality one and finding it didn't stick, the team at Vehicle Mats UK helped me out and went above and beyond to test which of their carpets velcro stuck to.

Once we worked that out they swapped the carpets and refunded the difference, great customer support

Had emailed the customer service guys at 9pm asking to make a colour change, they got back to me by 8am the next day and already had it all sorted - they also had expedited the order so it wouldn't delay the delivery. Ordered twice now and been perfect both times, would recommend.

Bought some mats for my Ioniq 5. The mats fitted perfectly with the car and feel like they will last as long time. I think it’s also important to mention that they also offer a Bluelight card discount which makes these mats even better. I will definitely come pack to these guys when I want to order a boot mat for my car.

I ordered mats for a Toyota proace city, on Monday was a bit devious at first. Ordered thinking it going to be another cheap quality mat company I was very wrong the quality is ace they fit OEM and look bang on.

Received my order today (exactly 1 week from ordering) and as I was placing in my van I realised I had stupidly ordered the wrong one. Contacted Vehicle Mats via the contact form to see if I could cheekily request an exchange and received a reply within 2 hours with a confirmation that the new correct ones would be sent out.

Amazing service, cannot fault - and although the wrong mat, it was excellent quality. Can’t wait to receive the replacement and get it into my van.

For my leased Jaecoo, went for the basic package. However there was nothing basic about the quality of these, absolutely high quality mats. Was dubious that they could provide mats for such a new make of car and at such a low price but was very pleasantly surprised. Incredible value, excellent quality and absolutely perfect fit.

Excellent product & service,fast dispatch & delivery. I was well impressed with the fit of the mats for my VW Urban Fox 1.4 car. I went for the grey mats with grey edging and they look brilliant in my silver cars interior. I will definitely buy from them again & would recommend anyone else to. 10/10

Well I went for the fairly basic mat and grey edging for my wife's car - not a run of the mill model - existing ones were dangerous and slipping forward under pedals. What arrived in reasonable time was so much better than I expected and at a price for a bespoke product probably better that a generic high street one size doesn't fit all, off the shelf. Pop down fittings / eyelets were spot on and this simple cheap purchase has made the car feel so much smarter and better - THANK YOU!

Perfect fit in my car, the press stud holes for the front mats snap-in very well and the material is very nice considering I went for "standard"!

The mat I ordered arrived within the stated time frame and is excellent quality at a great price.
The size initially was not quite accurate for my vehicle, but the may was usable. I emailed just to provide feedback, not seeking to complain at all, but was sent a replacement who's size had been adjusted based on my feedback. I couldn't ask for better customer service

I ordered the wrong mats , not realising the MG face lift late 2024 version was different to the early 2024 , Chris fixed it quickly , my replacement mats arrived in 5 days.

They fit perfectly onto the original floor mounts and fit around pedals superbly , the red trim is just the icing on the cake.

Exceptional service - good quality mats and boot liners. Previously ordered 5mm boot liners for four different cars. Really good quality and fit well. For one of the cars in our family, they worked off a template for the liner as the car was 28+ years old. They did a great job and charged the same price as if it was a newer car. They take great care in providing good quality mats. Have ordered only one set of luxury drivers / passenger mats and also found them to be excellent quality. One of the mats had faulty mat clips and Chris went out of his way to provide exceptional service by ordering a replacement. A problem with our daughters’ Uni address saw him divert the delivery to our home address to ensure it arrived before she went back to Uni. Very grateful for his helpfulness and for supplying four new mats instead of the one just needed! Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and will use again, when needed.
