This is the second time I have ordered mats each time for a different vehicle. Mats fit well and are well made, arriving in a reasonable time. Only slight problem for me is that the dark grey trim is not quite as dark as expected. This is an inevitable consequence of ordering on line and definitely not the fault of Vehicle Mats who offered to replace immediately had they sent the wrong trim. I have found them to offer good customer service, reliable quality and good delivery time.

Great service, fasy delivery even on custom items, great quality and fit (Renault Clio).

Brilliant service. Was very happy with the mats when they arrived, until I realised I had ordered the wrong set. I enailed customer service, got a swift reply with instructions on how to measure the position of the clips. We sorted out which mats I needed and they were despatched within a week. Very happy customer and happy to recommend.

I chose black mats with purple edging and my name. I love them. They fit so easily and look beautiful.

I accidentally purchased the wrong mats for my car not realising the sport model required a different size and unfortunately when they arrived they didn’t fit. I contacted the customer service team to see if I could return them in exchange for the correct size mats and in a matter of hours, I had an email response to say to keep the ones I had purchased and put them in my car temporarily to keep the floors clean whilst they send me the correct size ones completely free of charge. I couldn’t believe it - it’s a rarity to receive this level of customer service and it was so appreciated.

Very happy with my order! Ordered a set of mats for my Seat Leon, nothing fancy, just the basic carpet type and no-extra-cost dark grey edging and I'm really happy with them. They fit perfectly with no fuss, look really good in the car and the overall order experience was excellent. There's a little wait while they make the order and ship it, but since they're made to order it's not a big deal and the shipping is fast. I'm considering getting a boot mat from them now too and would happily recommend them to folks!

The mats for my smart car were perfect. The quality, the trim, and they arrived sooner than expected. The price is also a bargin for custom made mats. Website is easy to navigate and they kept me up to date on the progress of my mats. What more can I ask for! It is so nice to deal with a company who know their products who offers a wonderful service all round. I shall recommend their excellent service to my family and friends.

I was really impressed with this company and the quality of their mats. I didn’t have much of clue what I needed but using their tool to check the mats fit my car before purchase really helped. Speedy delivery too.

First of all I haven’t been asked for this review, and I’m always skeptical of places that do! But I chose this company based on the reviews. Chris indeed is a very helpful guy, and the mats are perfect. I chose the carpet, for my Jazz 11 , and they grip so well to the floor I don’t need the clips. I’m so pleased and I’ll certainly use them again and already recommended to friends.

They don't fit correctly even though I put my reg in, to say poorly cut is an understatement, Driver side came with 2 retaining clips yet none in the car so just 2 holes. Very poor quality for the price wish I bought from Ebay now.
Why do you lie and blame it on the customer, this is my order from your invoice my grand vitara is a 2014 with NO FLOOR STUDS i wish I could submit photos to show how you are lying and blaming it on me. I ordered SYS0622 everyone look at the product it has no stud holes that's what I ordered.

Good communication, quality mats that fit the car perfectly.

Bought black velour with royal blue block trim for my 2020 Peugeot 2008 after being let down by another company. Really pleased with the mats in terms of quality and price and they look really good in the car!

I ordered after seeing the good reviews but unfortunately I cannot share the same positive opinions. I bought the EXECUTIVE range, charcoal grey carpet with black trim. The carpet is deep and feels plush, but:
1. It's not charcoal grey, it's very dark it looks black.
2. The fit is really poor. All 4 pieces didn't fit well, and the plugs are misaligned.
3. As you drive, a lot of fluff comes out of the carpet, and if you vacuum it's amazing how much fluff comes off. I don't expect these to last.
