Had an issue with my pre-authorized debit. Contacted support and got a quick response from Riley. She investigated and followed up until the cause of the issue was determined. Turns out it was an issue with the requesting party. Very efficient and responsive service.

Taylor has helped me through several issues now, from banking details and transfer rules to trouble sending funds, and has been consistently great every single time. Most recently, Taylor and Alphaeus tackled a tricky invoice syncing problem that turned out to be a pretty unusual case. They took the time to really investigate rather than giving me a generic answer, kept me updated throughout, and stayed on it until everything was resolved. They were both very patient, thorough and clear in their communication.

I've had no issues so far. Support is very responsive and has dealt with any minor hiccups quickly.

Needed to verify my Venn business account with a third-party payroll provider (Wagepoint) that doesn't support Plaid for Venn yet. Reached out to Venn support, and they responded quickly with clear, step-by-step instructions — including exactly which documents to provide (void cheque, bank authorization letter) and how to get them from the account dashboard. Made what could have been a slow manual verification process much smoother. Good, responsive support.
