Venn was an amazing experience.
I had used it for several months in operating my business, and had nothing but great things to say about it. Unfortunately due to my business' closure, I had to close my account with them.
Will be using Venn again in the future for all my business endeavors.

Customer service is quick, but some information is unavailable after you submit your application for registration with Venn (its not the fault of the support, but it would be great to see ownership structure and documents), which is unfortunate.

It has everything I need as a start up business. The customer service is very helpful. Because it is an online only banking platform, there are some things that could be improved such as where the money went and where it came in from. Just the labels get a bit confusing. But I wear all the hats in my business, so maybe that’s why. But the customer service is really helpful!

Spent days trying to set up and look into various banks/MSBs (sole proprietor, specific capabilities), haven't even used Venn yet but happy to give 5-stars for no errors and a professional, transparent system. Consulting world always getting harder to navigate lots of hidden terms and generalizations

Venns been a great way to bank for my ecommerce business! cashback is great on spending. Only downside is no direct debit from the bank accounts but I am told that is coming. If you can use a card for your purchases you earn chasback on the purchases every month and it has a great accounting feature along with a good plug in for accounting softwares.

Customer service is also amazing. Any question I have gets either answered or is brought back to the team and they follow up when it is fixed/answered!
